“I tried Zaxby's about 4 years ago when I flew out to TN, really loved it then, have been raving about it for years. Now that they are in Arizona though, I decided to drive about 20 miles for it today. You have to understand, I had very high expectations. The experience EXCEEDED my expectations. Food and service was impeccable; the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Probably the best service I've ever had as far as fast food goes. Absolutely amazing.“

“If i could i would give this location a higher rating. we always get amazing service and nothing but kindness. We ordered lunch during breakfast which we knew would take longer than usual. they parked us then came out and started apologizing we told them we were in no rush and no need to apologize. they came back in less than 3 minutes with our food and said they threw some free food cards in there. They had amazing customer service!!“

“I had the grilled chicken sandwich meal, the sandwich was very good, but the waffle fries were excessively salty, and not good because of that, so I did not eat them. It would have been less expensive if I had just gotten the sandwich instead of the meal because I really didn't need the drink either, although I did drink it.“

“I respect and appreciate chick fil a closing on Sunday though I miss them! I have never had poor customer service even if there's an issue with service or order. They always correct it and with a smile. This location no different. My son wanted lunch at 10:20 and they were able to take the order to begin process when breakfast service over at 1030. My son mostly craved for a frozen lemonade, which not quite set but they made a new one really quickly, apologizing profusely since just started machine; We got extra goody and on our way to mini-vacay with our belly's full and happy.“

“Typically never have any issues here. We usually do mobile through, it’s so convenient and fast. Today I ordered a sandwich for curb side pick up, the top bun was somewhat burnt and hard. I just tossed it to the side and ate the rest. Still tasted good.“
