Had a bit of bad luck and got a couple things wrong with my orders. Chick fil an owner William was able to make it right. He got back to me within 24 hours, refunded the orders, and was really polite and helpful. Above and beyond service this owner goes the extra mile. If u get something wrong in your order let them know and they will make it right:)
Nicolette the manager was very accommodating and answered questions and made it right because of a new employee not knowing information. I really don't think the setup of taking orders is conducive for Arizona in the summer heat. The employees taking the orders are hot and tired. Need a different drive through method or area to eat inside.

The staff are professional and friendly, working hard to ensure a positive experience despite occasional issues like payment glitches. The outdoor seating area can get a bit congested at times, especially during outdoor pickup, but overall, the team goes above and beyond to make sure customers leave satisfied and eager to return. Notably, the staff led by William and Matt consistently provide excellent service, making this location a favorite for many.
