Three people in one group in front of us. No other customers in restaurant. We were next. Only ordered pastry goods. Premade. On the shelf. No cooking/prep needed. One guy behind us. They served a meal to the people before us, as expected. They then gathered the person's order who ordered after us, including slicing his bread. The service here is profoundly slow. It's so slow, in fact, that we almost left before even getting to order. We ultimately decided to stay since the food is delicious.But, really, could we speed it up a bit?

This is the second time kneaders has forgotten something on my online order now I’m not saying the food is terrible but something has to be done about the service. How do you forget one thing on a two item order and none other than a soup at that.
