As a chunky foodie connoisseur, Kneaders is one of my go to breakfast/lunch places when I want something quick of decent quality. But this location, Higley and Baseline…Bro at this point just shut it down. You guys can’t get anything right 😭 I come hungry as hell only to check my food at home and it’s ALWAYS SOMETHING. Now like I said, I’m big and hungry so I’m not going all the way back. Instead I opt to eat my sad meal and move on. Go to the McDowell or the signal...

I went in here yesterday at about 12:40pm after the lunch rush. It was fully staffed and I told them I was in a hurry because my Mom was going into surgery. They quickly made this delicious turkey sandwich for me and offered a complimentary loaf of sourdough because I was so stressed and hungry. That was so kind and it was much appreciated. I only wish I had taken a photo of the sandwich and the bread as both were so good!

I ordered a turkey, bacon avocado salad but when I got home I saw that I didn't get any turkey. I called and spoke to the manager she was very pleasant. She offered me a refund or a free salad for next time. There's no way I'd go back to a place that charged me for a turkey salad with no turkey. If it wasn't for the refund, I would have given 1 star.
