I want to love this place so much, the food is usually awesome and it's a cool concept for drive thru. This place should be highly successful for the quality of food at this price point.The problem is that this whole concept collapses when the speed of service is the same, or worse than a sit in restaurant. Why have a drive through if I'm going to wait 20 minutes per car?It gets even worse inside. Somehow despite slow drive thru speeds, I go inside and see that they are actually prioritizing drive thru customers. Now that 20 minute drive thru wait just turned into 30+ because I thought I'd sit down inside instead of wasting gas.If you're wondering why I'm writing such a long review, it's because I already watched a 20 minute YouTube video and am still waiting for a bowl of soup with a side of bread. ?

20 min waiting in the drive thru just to get there and be told they don’t have what I ordered.

Service was quite slow and none of the staff seemed like they were in any hurry to do anything. There were only 3 customers in front of my when I arrived, yet it took over 15mins before I could place an order. It then took another 13 minutes to get my food (french toast and eggs). When my food did arrive, the eggs were cold.The cashier was unable to process a cash transaction because:1. The cash register wouldn't open2. Once she did get it open, they did not have any $1 bills to make the proper changeAlthough it is loud in the restaurant, the cashier would not speak clearly or loudly and would not make eye contact with customers.Several of the tables in the seating area were dirty with food and trash left on the table tops and seats. The counter where the drinks and napkins and such are located was also dirty with trash and crumbs everywhere.

Kneaders always has great food, this location is consistently slow and seems to not have trained employees. Food takes forever to get out even when mobile ordered.

Always a horrible experience at this location. The people that work there aren't to bright . They don't listen to the order I have to repeat it several times . The least amount of time I had to wait at the drive thru is thirty minutes and that's with only one car in front of me. It takes them forever to put a salad together and even to count change they don't do anything fast there . My order is always wrong and I get the same thing every time and the price is always different . I would go there more often but they need to hire and train good people maybe try doing an IQ test .

This is the second time kneaders has forgotten something on my online order now I’m not saying the food is terrible but something has to be done about the service. How do you forget one thing on a two item order and none other than a soup at that. This is just getting ridiculous people need to start double checking the online orders before dishing them out especially because you can’t be mad at DoorDash or Uber etc because their a 3rd party to this it simply isn't their fault it’s the suppliers fault.

Nothing like finding not one, but 3 hairs in your sandwich. That goes beyond negligence to total lack of food safety training and measures. So gross. Will not be back.

Trent River

Three people in one group in front of us. No other customers in restaurant. We were next. Only ordered pastry goods. Premade. On the shelf. No cooking/prep needed. One guy behind us. They served a meal to the people before us, as expected. They then gathered the person's order who ordered after us, including slicing his bread. We waited for almost 20 minutes to gather 5 items from the pastry case.I saw a bottle which I assumed was molasses, because I thought they might have drank it, and your are what you eat, but it was actually caramel sauce, which I would think would speed you up...Several staff members behind counter/in back. I counted 5 employees that I could see. Maybe they were all on break. One employee didn't look on break but stood around and did a couple things but otherwise looked otherwise uninterested in helping.We won't go back.

Arrived right on time for a pickup order and they hadn’t even started making it yet. Store was not busy at all. Employees standing around not doing much. Waited 20 minutes. Order was wrong. Waited 10 minutes for them to get back to me. Just for them to give me 2 slices of bread in place of the bread bowl I ordered.

The service here is profoundly slow. It's so slow, in fact, that we almost left before even getting to order. We ultimately decided to stay since the food is delicious.But, really, could we speed it up a bit?
