Had a bit of bad luck and got a couple things wrong with my orders. Chick fil an owner William was able to make it right. He got back to me within 24 hours, refunded the orders, and was really polite and helpful. Above and beyond service this owner goes the extra mile. If u get something wrong in your order let them know and they will make it right:)
Nicolette the manager was very accommodating and answered questions and made it right because of a new employee not knowing information. I really don't think the setup of taking orders is conducive for Arizona in the summer heat. The employees taking the orders are hot and tired. Need a different drive through method or area to eat inside.
Love how this location finally turned the mobile line into just a mobile line. For a while they would make you merge with the customers who order at the screen and it seemed pointless for us that took the time to mobile order to get in and out faster. PLEASE keep the line like this and don’t change back. I just got in and out of the line with my food in under 2 minutes! 🙂
