“Just returned to this great chicken place. I thought I would make my place to go to for chicken and this was my third visit. Everything was great as usual, but I have to say the loud music turn me off so badly. Wasn’t that way before. I don’t know if I can come back and eat in. But this is what this seems to be now let’s turn the music up so loud people can’t think much less have a conversation if their withsomeone or hear what someone says to them on their cell phone. I asked if they would mind turning it down and they were going to,but somehow never happened.“

“The cashier Adam S. Was extremely professional, super attentive and had great customer service skills. I expressed what I wanted and he made sure it was exactly how I envisioned it. I’ve worked in a background for many years of customer service and food and beverage industry and he definitely has leadership qualities!! I rarely leave reviews due to the fact that the service industry seems a little lackluster recently. so it was refreshing to be served by an employee who you can tell really cares about the work he produces and the experience he sets.“

This outfit is a very well oiled machine, its done with a bright smile and the people are truly fantastic. Food came out fas, they were having a cow showing with crafts etc. My son had a great time and the food did not disappoint. It was that good.

“I recently visited this Cane’s location my family, including my three young daughters, and had such a wonderful experience thanks to one of your employees, Alexandra.

One of my children accidentally spilled a large drink, and while my husband started cleaning it up, Alexandra immediately stepped in to help. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind throughout the whole situation. Even when we offered to help, she kindly insisted on taking care of it herself.

She went above and beyond by helping us rearrange tables so we could sit comfortably and even brought us a high chair for our youngest. What really stood out was that she came back later to check on us and make sure everything was okay.

I understand this is part of her job, but the way she handled everything with such a positive attitude and a genuine smile. She made a lasting impression. We truly need more people like her.

“I went through the drive-thru today with my mom and we honestly couldn’t appreciate the help we got from one of your workers, Simina, enough. She was super polite and had a smile on her face the whole time. She helped us so kindly and even reminded us by asking, “Do you have the app to scan?” which we always forget.
She was patient, friendly, and just made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their job and the customers. It’s rare to see customer service like that nowadays, and she truly made our visit better. “Great First Day Back!

We visited Chick-fil-A on their first day reopening after months of remodeling, and it was absolutely worth the wait. The restaurant looks beautiful — very clean, updated, and much more open.

The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and impressively fast. I went back up to order more fries, and Denis at the counter even remembered my name, which really stood out. The service and food were both excellent, and I’m so glad they’re open again.

Highly recommend stopping by — they’re off to a great start!“

“The sandwich was good but def was not a fan of the fries were flavorless and I love my fries to be crispy these were mushy and then when I tried to shake the chicken in the bag with buffalo sauce the bag ripped open so I got covered in sauce. Would I try chick fil a again sure but just the sandwich only“

“The Cobb salad at Chick-fil-a is amazing! It has a very generous amount of chicken nuggets on a large salad. I was full a bit more than halfway thru! Took the leftover home and enjoyed a second meal later that evening. The dressing that comes with it is delicious, too.

The employees are all friendly, polite and helpful. There was even table service -- I was eating in, and was given a plastic marker to put on my table, and when my food was ready a gentleman brought it to me.
I love their chicken, and Chick-fil-a is definitely the fast food company that provides a dine-in experience the closest to a full serve restaurant. If you've never been there I say check it out!“

They make sure you get everything and if you have to wait they make sure to show that they care about you by offering you need water or anything and just have great customer service. Always a smile when we come here from the female at drive through window and makes me want to come back. There is a closest one to me is 24th and Broadway and they are horrible. Always something with them. I don't think they like they job.“

“It's fast food to be sure. So don't expect stellar customer service or even a clean table when it's busy. What sets Churches apart is that they make the BEST fried chicken. The mac n cheese, and the cole slaw are also better than anything the competition has to offer. Popeye's could learn a thing or two about what spicy chicken is supposed to taste like by trying Churches. Hot, flavorful, crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside, PROPER size pieces of chicken. None of which KFC or Popeyes can claim to have.“

“I would like to believe, and I do, that I have a verified and worthy opinion on chicken, in general coming from part of my background being raised partly in the south and I believe I am an equally worthy critic on the location because I have been in the area over 50 years spending my summers with my grandma so..... Here is my two cents worth on the food, service and the people who work there.
This location is the best location in the valley. For that matter, any location I have been to. Here's why.... This location has retained their employees for several years; maybe more. There is a young man working there going on his 3rd year. I believe the older female during the day is a Manager of some sort. I have interacted with both and they are always working and very helpful. I have never had a bad attitude from anyone. I have delt with the manager too and he is just as fantastic. I'm really telling the truth and happy to share this because this is a tough neighborhood. Most merchants don't trust nor treat anyone with very much respect. That is because many merchant s are treated poorly from the druggies and homeless. But, not these people. They treat everyone with kindness and respect and they do so without hurting anyone regardless of who or what they are.

The menu is updated and they are never out of any items hardly ever. I can say that when chicken costs more than gold and silver, Churches Chicken was still affordable and they didn't raise the price. Thank you for that Churches.

The food is always cooked, never burnt. They are always busier during the day serving a highschool, offices, manufacturing and the community.

I really can't say enough good about this restaurant and it's people except breakfast would be great. HEY CHURCHES, HAVE YOU THOUGHT ABOUT BREAKFAST WAFFLES AND CHICKEN SERVED IN THE MORNING? PLEASE THINK ABOUT IT!! YUMMY!!
