“Just returned to this great chicken place. I thought I would make my place to go to for chicken and this was my third visit. Everything was great as usual, but I have to say the loud music turn me off so badly. Wasn’t that way before. I don’t know if I can come back and eat in. But this is what this seems to be now let’s turn the music up so loud people can’t think much less have a conversation if their withsomeone or hear what someone says to them on their cell phone. I asked if they would mind turning it down and they were going to,but somehow never happened.“

“The place is great! We went for my son’s birthday and even though we didn’t tell anyone they made us feel like the only costumers in there. They were busy and short staffed but still treated us very kindly and fast service. Food was very good and fresh with big portions! They list all food allergies which was helpful for me. My son likes the spices, we’ll be going back! Thank You“

“I was skeptical at first but the chicken was great the greens and baked beans weren’t my favorite on flavor side but they’re super good if you fix it up a bit or I recommend the snack combo if you just want the chicken and add a extra piece (edit: forgot to add the chocolate pie was amazing)“

“The Ahwatukee location is by far the best location to visit! Everyone on the morning team is exceptional, but we just love Jakob and Omar! They are so friendly and my 4 year old just loves them. They always make him feel super special and he tells people they are his friends. :) Food is always delicious and I want to thank this location for always making me a custom salad at 630am. It seems small, but it allows me to stay at work and not have to go back out for my lunch in the heat. Thank you for your kindness and great service Ahwatukee location. ❤“

“I’ve been driving by this location for the past couple months and today I tried for the first time with my son. Chicken breast were very large and very tender. Spice level was good consistent with description. Sauce is also good. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and clean for a fast food restaurant. And now for the rant. The prices are ridiculous. One combo meal and two drinks was $26. This includes the 15% tip, which I find exceptionally offensive as Chick-fil-A and other fast food restaurants don’t even give tipping as an option. I don’t understand why a business charges premium prices and can’t pass some of that onto their employees. But this is just yet another example of tip culture gone insane. I didn’t even see a no tip option. It was 15, 20 or 25%. Again, this is fast food… the same as Chick-fil-A, you place your order, get your own drink and they bring the food to your table. When I go back, I will just find the no tip option. Again, I hope corporate elects to just pay their employees, a living wage instead of bleeding it out of customers.“

“Truly awesome location but they need to have a better process for people that order large amounts of food in the drive through. I had my order in hand but had to sit for 8 minutes behind a guy that ordered a lot of food... There was no one in front of him except for the exit, but he ordered so much that I had to just sit there and wait for his order to be done before I could leave...these people should be asked to pull up (similar to mcD's) so others with smaller order can leave the drive thru as it was almost a 10 minute wait behind this guy.“

“DELICIOUS Chicken! We ordered a Chicken with beans and Pasta salad. The salsas are very good and everything has an authentic Mexican taste. The staff was super attentive, on top of it and very nice. They made the experience perfect. They brought out the food all at the same time and brought us anything we asked for. Would definitely come back to this place. I recommend this place to dine in and also take out.

Food is made fresh when ordered. Absolutely phenomenal tenders. Real fresh slaw, so good!(although if you dont like onions, might not be for you), wedges were seasoned perfectly and crispy! I dont like a soggy wedge, these were so good.
Also got a tropical splash, also amazing.
Prices super reasonable!

“It's fast food to be sure. So don't expect stellar customer service or even a clean table when it's busy. What sets Churches apart is that they make the BEST fried chicken. The mac n cheese, and the cole slaw are also better than anything the competition has to offer. Popeye's could learn a thing or two about what spicy chicken is supposed to taste like by trying Churches. Hot, flavorful, crisp on the outside, juicy on the inside, PROPER size pieces of chicken. None of which KFC or Popeyes can claim to have.“

“Hi so I went today around 8 pm not knowing what to expect just gotten out of work and just went with my dad wanting a quick bite to eat. I had to say the workers there were amazing and always professional. I felt bad because I can tell they were overwhelmed and still trying to maintain perfect customer order. There was a family who were already at the establishment, They were very rude because the worker we’re unable to give them a THIRD REFILL of their 5 water cups, they then proceeded to swear at the worker Aileen and ask for her name to complain to corporate when in actually she was professional the whole time which is saying a lot with the mess they made. My niece needed to use the restroom& they were great with providing the key as well as the restroom very clean. We ordered at the front also and the young lady was very friendly and provided us with a large water at no cost. The store on 19th Ave n Camelback does not give water for free even in Arizona’s triple digit weather. Thank you!“
