“Just returned to this great chicken place. I thought I would make my place to go to for chicken and this was my third visit. Everything was great as usual, but I have to say the loud music turn me off so badly. Wasn’t that way before. I don’t know if I can come back and eat in. But this is what this seems to be now let’s turn the music up so loud people can’t think much less have a conversation if their withsomeone or hear what someone says to them on their cell phone. I asked if they would mind turning it down and they were going to,but somehow never happened.“

“The cashier Adam S. Was extremely professional, super attentive and had great customer service skills. I expressed what I wanted and he made sure it was exactly how I envisioned it. I’ve worked in a background for many years of customer service and food and beverage industry and he definitely has leadership qualities!! I rarely leave reviews due to the fact that the service industry seems a little lackluster recently. so it was refreshing to be served by an employee who you can tell really cares about the work he produces and the experience he sets.“

“I was skeptical at first but the chicken was great the greens and baked beans weren’t my favorite on flavor side but they’re super good if you fix it up a bit or I recommend the snack combo if you just want the chicken and add a extra piece (edit: forgot to add the chocolate pie was amazing)“

“I have gotten the combo which has crispy chicken and steamed chicken and it comes with rice, cucumbers, a broth, and then I got the Thai sauce. Highly recommend the Thai sauce. And the pomegranate tea. The steamed chicken is so moist and tender. It’s literally unreal. The crispy chicken is so good. It doesn’t feel way down. Everything is light.
It’s so clean. This is my first time will be coming back.“

“The Ahwatukee location is by far the best location to visit! Everyone on the morning team is exceptional, but we just love Jakob and Omar! They are so friendly and my 4 year old just loves them. They always make him feel super special and he tells people they are his friends. :) Food is always delicious and I want to thank this location for always making me a custom salad at 630am. It seems small, but it allows me to stay at work and not have to go back out for my lunch in the heat. Thank you for your kindness and great service Ahwatukee location. ❤“

“Don't frequent fast food ever but have had a good experience the few times I've dined at chick-fil-a so decided to stop in before BMX racing. This outfit is a very well oiled machine, its done with a bright smile and the people are truly fantastic. Food came out fas, they were having a cow showing with crafts etc. My son had a great time and the food did not disappoint. It was that good.

“The food are fresh, hot and delicious. 😍😋 I really liked the salsa and it's spicy just wish they sold it by the ounce. The restroom is always open to customers instead of telling them to unlock it. The drinks are free refill. It's a good environment and you can always eat outside too. Good customer service 👍“

“We went through the drive through after my son’s baseball game and ordered 2 kids meals. My other son had what I thought, was a gift certificate for a free kids meal from his school. Unbeknownst to me it was missing the actual tear-off certificate. The woman at the window was so understanding and kind and said she would accept it anyways. “As someone from the East Coast, I’ve been struggling to find Chinese food out here that actually tastes authentic and flavorful like back home. This is the FIRST Chinese spot I’ve tried since moving here and omg… it did not disappoint at all. Everything was fresh, seasoned perfectly, and had that real East Coast Chinese takeout flavor I’ve been missing so bad. Definitely gave me a little taste of home. “I was in the area unexpectedly and we needed to grab something quick and convenient. Stopped by this location and decided to go inside as the drive thru looked like a Mario Kart level.

It wasn't too busy so we were able to receive our food quickly and there were plenty of seats to choose from. The service was fast and friendly, I would definitely recommend visiting this location if you are on the area.“

“I recently visited this Cane’s location my family, including my three young daughters, and had such a wonderful experience thanks to one of your employees, Alexandra.

One of my children accidentally spilled a large drink, and while my husband started cleaning it up, Alexandra immediately stepped in to help. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind throughout the whole situation. Even when we offered to help, she kindly insisted on taking care of it herself.

She went above and beyond by helping us rearrange tables so we could sit comfortably and even brought us a high chair for our youngest. What really stood out was that she came back later to check on us and make sure everything was okay.

I understand this is part of her job, but the way she handled everything with such a positive attitude and a genuine smile. She made a lasting impression. We truly need more people like her.

“Great First Day Back!

We visited Chick-fil-A on their first day reopening after months of remodeling, and it was absolutely worth the wait. The restaurant looks beautiful — very clean, updated, and much more open.

The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and impressively fast. I went back up to order more fries, and Denis at the counter even remembered my name, which really stood out. The service and food were both excellent, and I’m so glad they’re open again.

“The food on campus is not really better than the type you can get off campus but it's still good. Chick FIL A, just like any other fast food, comes out quick. The chicken is still quite crispy. Out of the things I've tried the fries can be a hit or miss and can get cold pretty quickly. The chicken here is still crispy and is the healthy option if you're in a fast food craving.“
