“Just returned to this great chicken place. I thought I would make my place to go to for chicken and this was my third visit. Everything was great as usual, but I have to say the loud music turn me off so badly. Wasn’t that way before. I don’t know if I can come back and eat in. But this is what this seems to be now let’s turn the music up so loud people can’t think much less have a conversation if their withsomeone or hear what someone says to them on their cell phone. I asked if they would mind turning it down and they were going to,but somehow never happened.“

“The cashier Adam S. Was extremely professional, super attentive and had great customer service skills. I expressed what I wanted and he made sure it was exactly how I envisioned it. I’ve worked in a background for many years of customer service and food and beverage industry and he definitely has leadership qualities!! I rarely leave reviews due to the fact that the service industry seems a little lackluster recently. so it was refreshing to be served by an employee who you can tell really cares about the work he produces and the experience he sets.“

“The Ahwatukee location is by far the best location to visit! Everyone on the morning team is exceptional, but we just love Jakob and Omar! They are so friendly and my 4 year old just loves them. They always make him feel super special and he tells people they are his friends. :) Food is always delicious and I want to thank this location for always making me a custom salad at 630am. It seems small, but it allows me to stay at work and not have to go back out for my lunch in the heat. Thank you for your kindness and great service Ahwatukee location. ❤“

“Don't frequent fast food ever but have had a good experience the few times I've dined at chick-fil-a so decided to stop in before BMX racing. This outfit is a very well oiled machine, its done with a bright smile and the people are truly fantastic. Food came out fas, they were having a cow showing with crafts etc. My son had a great time and the food did not disappoint. It was that good.

“went in at 5am got hot boneless wings in 10 minutes. crispy and juicy lots of flavor. i got the og hot and garlic parm it was gas. ranch n blue cheese for sauce. man working there was friendly.
i'll be back it was good and i appreciate them being open early. i think most of the bad reviews are from people ordering thru doordash etc and somehow the order gets messed up (probably by customer input imo)“

“I've been eating there for years it really helps when you can have a place you can depend on. For the first time the seasoning was too salty on their chicken. I think it's just a one-time thing. I didn't say anything I just figured it was a one-time thing. I wish they had more of these restaurants closer to where we live“

The man running the front anticipated our every need, including- asking if we wanted substitutes on our meal, asking if we needed to use the restroom so he could unlock it for us, and asking if we needed a baby highchair. The restaurant was very clean, and the food came out hot and was clearly fresh.

“We went through the drive through after my son’s baseball game and ordered 2 kids meals. My other son had what I thought, was a gift certificate for a free kids meal from his school. Unbeknownst to me it was missing the actual tear-off certificate. The woman at the window was so understanding and kind and said she would accept it anyways. “I recently visited this Cane’s location my family, including my three young daughters, and had such a wonderful experience thanks to one of your employees, Alexandra.

One of my children accidentally spilled a large drink, and while my husband started cleaning it up, Alexandra immediately stepped in to help. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind throughout the whole situation. Even when we offered to help, she kindly insisted on taking care of it herself.

She went above and beyond by helping us rearrange tables so we could sit comfortably and even brought us a high chair for our youngest. What really stood out was that she came back later to check on us and make sure everything was okay.

I understand this is part of her job, but the way she handled everything with such a positive attitude and a genuine smile. She made a lasting impression. We truly need more people like her.
