I'm never disappointed with El Pollo Loco I know for a fact the chicken is frozen fresh and after they clean it out and gets shipped I used to work for this company for 6 years. The food is always on point, they won't serve spoiled food and If they make a mistake they're willing to serve you a fresh meal. Fresh made salsa as well and they work very hard on making it.
