I have been getting takeout every few months from here for the last couple years and this is one of very few fast food joints in the valley where I have experienced exceptional customer service every single time. My food is always good and your team always has it prepared fast. Kudos to whoever does the hiring.

I am a frequent goer to this location, at least once a week I pick up food for myself and my coworker. We enjoy the food, the closeness and for the most part the quickness. Today my coworker had placed and online order and I went to pick it up, seeing that the drive through was full I went inside to pick up the order only to find out it had already been given away. I had heard the male worker say it could’ve been a mistake because they had two pick up orders that started...

I love El Pollo Loco and visit multiple locations. The past 2 times I have eaten at this specific location though -- I have had some pretty rough stomach/bathroom related experiences.... IDK why or what is different about this location compared to others... I will say tho that the staff are friendly and welcoming and the location seems clean... so I just dont know what to make of it....
