I didn't eat here because when I walked in the door first thing I saw was a huge sewer roach on its back (maybe dying). I turned around & walked right back out.One thing I can't stand is ROACHES. They terrify me. Plus their very nasty. I have gotten food in the past from this location & it was really good. But idk how it is these days.
I'm never disappointed with El Pollo Loco I know for a fact the chicken is frozen fresh and after they clean it out and gets shipped I used to work for this company for 6 years. The food is always on point, they won't serve spoiled food and If they make a mistake they're willing to serve you a fresh meal. Fresh made salsa as well and they work very hard on making it. Fresh pressured red salsa with no preservatives and I love the friendly people. If you had any bad experience please let me know so I can notify the company and they will work on costumers feedbacks. I had a great time with my kids our recent visit and it was delicious they love the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. Fresh grilled chicken in your face you can't beat that. Enjoy your stay everyone.Vegetarian options: For my vegans there's many selections with gabezo soup, salads, chips, salsa and nachos. They upgrade the menu every season and because it's spring take advantages of your avocado salad and you can make it your way.Kid-friendliness: Very spacious, bathroom is always clean, there's a infant changing station, big seating booths for families, high chairs for your baby and they are very watchful for children's allergies like avocados or tomatoes.Wheelchair accessibility: They have 6 tables for wheelchair accessibility and easy open rails for wheelchairs to fit for costumers, automatic sliding doors or push the button to open.
I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I can honestly say ever since they got a new general manager it’s only gotten so much better! The service is very wonderful, the employees are very inclined to get to know their customers especially the regulars! Most important the food is amazing!
The food is wonderful no complaints but when they are supposed to be open till 11 but allow their delivery truck to block the drive thru so you can't order its kinda hard to order to eat to leave proper review isn't it!!!
