I’ve been coming here for many years (since it was Mr. Sushi) and have never been disappointed. I mostly order off the Happy Hour menu and always have to have the extremely delicious cucumber salad. My favorite sushi roll is the Blue Flame. Yummy! The atmosphere and service is friendly and I like that the clientele is diverse. I’ve seen office workers come in for lunch during the week, and I’ve seen families with kids in the evenings and on weekends.
Always quick and friendly service. The sushi and ramen is mid tier and always quite predictable. Nothing crazy or wild about the menu, just solid choices to enjoy.
Been coming here with my boyfriend since we were in highschool, I love the sushi, especially the chicken katsu curry or the udon. The curry is one of the best tasting dishes I’ve ever had in my life easily 10/10

Based on the reviews, Akaihana Sushi & Grill offers genuine Japanese food with real sushi chefs. The nigiris are quite large in size and taste wonderful; the eel nigiri is very generous in portion and soooo yummy. They use real crab legs for the crab nigiri and give multiple crab legs for one piece of nigiri, making it a very very great deal. A must order dish is the "scallops roll," which takes a few minutes to be made. The sashimi lunch special features fish of good quality. The chicken yakitori is very good with flavorful sauce, and the tempura is served hot with great tasting veggies and shrimp. The ramen is just so so. The service is excellent, very quick and attentive, with staff greeting upon entry and making guests feel comfortable. The atmosphere on the inside is great. The food quality is very good, and this is some of the best sushi outside of Japan.
