I don't usually eat fast food but when I do, it's 90% Chick Fil A. I ordered my food via the mobile app making it easy and convenient to drive thru and scan the QR code when I arrive.Today I received a handwritten note with my food from "Aiden". If the objective was to make the customer smile, it definitely made my day.
It’s the little things!After a long morning working we were ready for food and some WATER! When I ordered the water the young lady taking my order in the drive thru noticed that a tiny cup for water wasn’t going to do it, so she kindly asked if I would like a large cup of water. YES!These are the little things that make a big difference. It may have cost the restaurant a a few cents, but it made a big impression ans difference in my customer experience.
