Food is fine, but what is going on with the employees here? Are you guys ok? The overall rudeness that the front counter staff has at this location is crazy. If you’re the GM reading this, please check in on your staff. Seriously. I understand dealing with the general public can test every ounce of your patience, but it’s a part of the food and beverage industry.
I already got a refund but door dashed 3 meals and they only made us 1.5 ( chips and burrito
Food quality is lacking. Taco was just haphazardly thrown together, chips seem like they are trying to conserve old ones rather than make fresh. Speed means nothing if food quality is poor.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers tasty food, but some customers find the portions stingy. Despite that, the teamwork among staff is impressive, with employees working seamlessly together to serve customers efficiently. The experience of watching the synchronized teamwork can be likened to watching a professional sports team in action. Customers often appreciate the good customer service, especially when staff members are well-organized and attentive. One visitor praised the way the burrito bowl was prepared perfectly, with the tortilla folded neatly and not sticking together, making the meal enjoyable. Many find the food to be worth the price, especially after a workout, with a popular choice being a mix of chicken and steak for around $15. However, some note that the parking lot can be challenging due to nearby construction. Overall, the restaurant maintains a consistent quality, with staff effort visible in their coordinated service.
