I ordered a banana milk tea boba and it was so awful. They don't use real banana it's like laffy taffy banana. The cashier said they don't use real banana and didn't know of any place that does. If you go to an authentic place they should use puree banana or any fruits. They have a sign that clearly says no refund right by the cashier so this must be a problem of people not liking their drinks. Dropped a star due to price. Compared to other Boba shops, this place was $4-5 more. Got a Honey Sugar Milk Tea, it was very sweet and quite good. Wouldn’t go back, or if I do, I’ll go for something simpler and cheaper.Parking: Parking in front of the store can be difficult to find when it’s busy, but plenty of free parking close by.

Yes, it's pretty expensive compared to other boba places. However, their House drink has such a unique flavor that I haven't been able to find it anywhere else. It's a really delicious green & black tea mix, brown suger flavor with unique herbal pudding & boba. I wouldn't get a basic flavor drink from here, but when it comes to the House Special Boba drink, I think it's worth it.
