I tried this place only because I was in the area, I was thirsty, and Panera Bread was out of their hibiscus tea. Urban Boba's website said they had hibiscus tea, but they didn't. I got passion fruit tea instead. It was very expensive ($7). __ I'm sure that Urban Boba has very high rent because it's in a heavily trafficked area but I'm not going to pay $3 more than normal just to get a plastic film over the top of my cup. I'll pass!

Large drink menu in an area of town without many options. Taro milk tea with boba and Thai tea were delicious. The honey boba tastes fresh and tender, there is a good variety of milk options.
Service was fast and friendly. Store is bright, clean and well appointed with seating areas and board games.
