Waited about five minutes at the take out location, no one helped even when servers saw me waiting. Girl in pigtails finally comes out after I knock and say hello a few times. She comes out with an attitude and flings my food at me. Never coming back.
The servers are generally decent and the food is good when you actually get to that point. Unfortunately, the front-of-house experience is terrible. More often than not, the host stand is unattended, and when someone finally notices you’re there, there’s rarely a greeting or acknowledgment. How does a restaurant in Dinner rush not have any soda or beer? We had lemonades and it took an hour to receive 30 wings and almost 2 hours to receive 1 refill on each of our “bottomless” appetizers. Bottomless because it takes an hour to make them I suppose? The food when received was not bad, but the fried pickles were under cooked to the point of being soggy. Mediocrity at its finest.
