I was at this location last night (3/29/24) from about 10pm-11pm and this was the MOST uncomfortable I have EVER been in a restaurant. There were other people seated at tables during this entire time, as well at the bar area. Shortly after I arrived the manager on duty, Candice, went to the right of the bar to that hallway area and turned on the music but it was ridiculously loud. It was so loud to the point where it was extremely inappropriate and rude. I have been in many BWW in different states and THIS was by far the WORST one I’ve experienced. While Candice was on her cellphone the entire time and manipulating the volume and sound for about 10-15 minutes, she decided to leave it blasting. At this time I also got to observe and witness 2 employees behind the bar talking and I literally heard the guy tell the girl “she wants everyone to leave”. Clearly this meant Candice was purposely being a rude and unprofessional manager. Someone like this doesn’t deserve to be in leadership and I hope there are serious consequences. On top of that the entire location to include the bathrooms was nasty. This was the most disappointing, disrespectful, and disgusting experience I have been subjected to in a restaurant setting. Not to mention Candice thought it was appropriate and comical to play the song Closing times almost 3 times back to back and in total about 5 times. I also witnessed several other customers looking around and feeling uncomfortable. I also got to experience the situation for that prior comment from the woman named Anna. I witnessed them refuse her service and refuse the party to be seated. I will not be returning to this location and I will make sure to file a complaint with the health department.

We came here as a group of 10 late night about 10:30pm celebrating a birthday, we are fans of Buffalo Wild Wings, on the map it says they close at 1pm, the server who approached us looked at our group with a BOLD stare and quickly said we are no longer seating at this time…and before I could say anything else she turned and quickly walked away towards the back. We were confused and were still waiting thinking she was going to come back, later we asked another server why they weren’t seating and she said she wasn’t sure so she went to ask the manager. When the manager arrived, I asked her if there was a particular reason why they were not seating, she said we close this section early if there aren’t any customers, when we walked in there was teenagers at the entrance and others seating on the bench. I asked her if we could still order from the bar with a bit of an attitude she said “you’re welcome to order from the bar, I believe there is only one server back there, so you have to order by scanning the QR code. Honestly the vibe we got was discrimination. At that point we decided to take our money elsewhere especially after seeing there were about 6 employees just standing around we only saw 2 cleaning tables. We decided to come to MetroCenter because we really wanted to have wings and we were greeted promptly, the waiter notified us it would be about a 20 min wait, she was the only employee cleaning tables left and right, and 1 other waiter taking orders. MetroCenter location was full and worth the drive and the wait. The difference was between opposite shades in contrast. Hope this helps.

WORST EXPERIENCE! I went to this location on Friday night at 10pm. After ordering my food the manager, Candice, turned the volume of the music full blast. After a few minutes without adjusting it I overheard Brennan behind the bar tell another female associate that the manager said, “ I want everyone out”. She processed to play leave the music blaring and play ‘Closing Time’ by Semisonic more than 3 times within a 20 minute time frame. I couldn’t pay my tab fast enough.That’s one way to get your point across.

I am a HUGE fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location needs new leadership or new ownership. The server was hardly ever in the dining room and someone else had to bring our food. The person who brought the food didn't ask if we needed anything else, but we quickly asked as they walked away for refills on our drinks, and the sauces that were supposed to come with our meals. They never came back with refills or the sauces, and we had to ask another server in the dining room for assistance. The other server that we asked still didn’t get us refills, but did fulfill the sauce request. The restaurant was doing so bad that there was a line of customers waiting for refills at the refill station where the server should be filling the drinks. So, like everyone else , we got up and refilled our own drinks. The food was subpar. The atmosphere was extremely loud with the TVs making it too hard for families to talk at their tables. We were able to bring another family in at the table next to ours and scream back-and-forth at each other about how upset we both were with the service, the environment and the food. The following day we called to talk to the manager and he said the server was fired, but that he wouldn’t do anything for our experience,. This is not how I want to spend my hard earned money on an evening out with my family especially when prices are so high which allows us to eat out less. I still love Buffalo wild wings, but will not be visiting this location anytime soon. With the reviews that I’m reading on here about this location I recommend that you don’t visit this location either. I hope the owner of this location reads this review and makes the necessary changes so that we don't have to go out of our way to visit a better location

Sat in bar area. High top. Alone. 1 bartender. Not at all busy. Bartender motions to lone server to assist me. Damon. Clearly not employee of the month. Again, not busy. I order all at once so he doesn’t have to come back. Beer and food came just fine. Had to motion to bartender for beer #2. Damon hitting on a table of ladies. Never came by. Waiting on check. 15 min now.

Before I went to this Location I did look at recent reviews they're all one star and I thought they're not real but now I know they're real because the service is so bad the girl who is taking orders doesn't care she doesn't even do refills or take orders unless we call her couple of time won't even give us bags to carry to go boxes. Food was made in a hurry The onion rings and cheese balls are burnt a bit and the wings are like biting an over fried chicken Not good and my whole family disappointed I hope the manager or owner will go here as a customer to check it out.
