Update 2024 - Guac not provided again. 4th time. Great work Chipotle, really knocking it out of the park on Happy Valley.Third time I get home with no guac after adding 20% to the bill...if it costs extra it should be delivered...do better.6 months later, went back for a pick up and wrong order again. This is the worst chipotle I've ever lived near and frequented and will just start going to Mesquite instead.

It didn't seem like the carnitas was not as tender as the location at Norterra. Still was good just not as expected. I would still go back if I get the opportunity.

Dint have pinto beans chips guac pico didn't have kids quesadeas. I still was made to pay extra for chicken even tho I would never have gotten chicken if they had the other the things the manager Sam was rude and dismissive when I explained that this was a little weird. The guy who took my order and the manager all seemed to not care the kitchen staff were standing around the only girl that was actually kind and empathetic and doing her job was the red head cashier. I didn't expect to pay 25 dollars on things I didn't even want. The team actually seemed to hate their jobs. I was very impressed with the red head young girl acting more mature then the manager. She went out of her way to be empathetic and understanding and realisticly the only person that acted like they wanted better for the company. Mind you I came tonight 2 hours before close she was the only person that cared andWorked. Everyone else was standing around. SAD she was probably the youngest and could blow the said manager Sam out of the water. Very dissatisfied and disappointed for such a healthy option and what is said to be a good chain. And if you are actually running low on things your ordering manager should think ahead for upcoming events and location. I've been in the restaurant industry but simply felt like the resteraunt was just trying to leave at 10 exactly. SAD SAD SAD the whole experience

One word, dirty!Only person in line and it took a long time to even be acknowledged. Dining room was a mess, tables & floors.Ordered 3 tacos that were smashed in tin foil and handed to me. Tried to get a diet coke, it streamed just clear carbonation.

I ordered a bowl from this Chipotle and received half a bowl but paid for a full one. So I complained and got a partial refund which I put towards reordering my bowl just to recieve another half bowl. I love dining in at Chipotle but ordering online is a nightmare would not recommend. Save your money and go to rubios.

This chipotle is my neighborhood one. The last three times I went they said they were out of multiple items. It was 7pm but there open till 10. I know things are prepped for the day and once they run out they have to make more. This staff does not do that. There were multiple people who walked out due to not having multiple items. I spoke with the manager and he said this is what I walked into. Didn’t seem to care.

The food is always fresh, and they give you large portions at this location. The parking is terrible though and often when busy they do not keep it clean. Overflowing garbages, dirty tables and a very dirty food service area.

I order from chipotle all the time on DoorDash. Unfortunately when I order from this location 1/3 times I have steak or other meat in my sofritas. So usually I can’t even eat my food if this happens. Pretty gross when you don’t eat meat. Also sometimes don’t receive salsa that I order. I hope this gets fixed!

They aren't very friendly at this chipotle!! We went in around 9:30 to grab some food and they had everything pretty much closed down. I get the same thing each time and this time it was 3 dollars more. The girl that checked me out put a tip on their without my consent.

We came into the store almost two hours before closing. As for vegetarian options, there were few options. They were out of brown rice, there were no grilled veggies, except a few onions; there was no guacamole, and the few black beans left were cold, as were the grilled onions. The lettuce was wet and not fresh. However, we were still charged full price for a vegetarian bowl. The employees were laughing and having fun with each other while tables, chairs, and the floor were very dirty, while we ate inside. There were no other customers in the store eating, and hardly any customers came while we were there. We are very dissatisfied after eating at this location.
