This Chick-fil-A is on the ASU downtown campus and it gets very busy at lunchtime and quite full as people wait for their food. However, staff maintain such joyful attitudes while doing their job that it's hard to be upset about how crowded the area is. The self-serve kiosks by Grub Hub are a huge help. There have been minor issues with orders, such as forgetting to add items or delays in getting the correct drinks, but the staff quickly fix these mistakes. Overall, the food is always amazing, and the restaurant is a great option for a quick and enjoyable meal, even during busy times.
