A small place great for lunch. I had the Tonkatsu with pork. The egg was cooked hard, and the pork was in chunks not slices. A little different take on a classic dish. Not my favorite butI was able to try the Volcano roll which was amazing. Mini Scallops with sauce was a surprise and a one off and recommended
My friend and I were looking for sushi downtown and Omoide was recommended by one of the local guides. I was a little skeptical at first but that skepticism was quickly squashed.You order at the counter and then staff bring the food to your table. This place was great. We were at the Phx airport and had time to kill. Took the train to Phx and walked. Was delicious and the girls working there were so nice and helpful. We ate outside. The mall area was weirdly empty and in disarray but the sushi and noodles were flavorful and beautiful.
