I come in once a day just about. They are friendly and understanding. I bring my very shy large puppy for a pup cup as I get my coffee and they even brought my items to me because of my shy puppy. I really appreciate them.
Starbucks is starbucks... nothing new to write home about. But the 4/5 is for having the slowest drive through I've ever experienced. Not because of staff, but because of the parkings cramped layout. The line practically guides people to block those parked when waiting for the drive through line.

In my opinion Starbucks delivers products that are consistent in taste and quality across multiple states. I didn’t have Starbucks coffee or espresso for about 6 months and when I returned to Starbucks, I was reminded by the taste of the espresso that quite a bit of their coffee is slightly over roasted for stability.The blond roast espresso is fairly smooth and has a flavor that is quite subdued compared to their regular espresso roast.
