If you are looking for a dining spot downtown, especially prior to Diamondback games, concerts, basketball games etc, Carcara is an excellent spot that's easy to find and very accessible to venues. My friends and I frequent Carcara often and have never had a negative experience. Yesterday, we enjoyed summer salads and the fried chicken. Delicious. The food was exceptional. Each item on the menu was paired perfectly with either the dressing for the salad or the side items to go with the main course the flare on the Tres Leche's cake that we had was delectable we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and fill it was a 10 out of 10.
We decided to go here before a comedy show. We allowed our ourselves at least a couple hours prior to the show starting. We showed up on time and were seated promptly. The atmosphere was very welcoming when we entered. Once we were seated, we were ignored for about 20 minutes. No introduction, no water, no drinks.
