Came here with some friends for brunch on a Saturday & Javier took care of us. Javier was amazing and just the right amount of tentativeness! The food was delicious, you HAVE to get the Jalapeño Biscuits & gravy. The drinks were delicious as well. We will definitely be coming back! I recommend for Brunch spot!

What an amazing experience. I didn't grow up fancy or modern, quite poor, so elements that are pretty fancy turn me the other way. This place, though, was a little fancy with the culture and the way they treat you, but all in all, the people from customers to staff are normal people who don't judge. I loved the food from my sorona salad to my chicken with risotto and carrots to my dessert of orange flan. By the way, I totally recommend it if you love citrus. I was gonna do carrot cake, but there is more with the orange flan. All in all I enjoyed the experience, the food was yummy and my bill without tip was 83 dollars see photos to see what was ordered and this place is for all and not the fancy of the fancy. BTW Janice, thanks so much for you.

I must say that there must be a more better way to reward the staff either via a raise thats not in cents but dollars. Or a promotion that comes with an increase in pay thats above a dollar.I go to this beautiful restaurant to relax at least 3 times a year. I love the ambiance and more importantly the service. I brought my family here along with my in-laws who are here visiting from out of the country for a few months. We had a very pleasant server whose name is Beverly. She moves fast on her feet, from table to table. She took our orders efficiently and precisely while answering questions we had concerning the various dishes. I could tell that she is very good at her job. She has the ability to run a team of people just by how she handled us and those who brought us our meals. When I return to Caracara's I expect to see her there. So far she is thee best waitress/waiter that has ever handled me and my Lovely Wife since we first began coming to this restaurant a few years ago. Sheraton gets the benefit of having an excellent restaurant associated with it. Even moreso the Sheraton gets the benefit of having an employee like Beverly.Hopefully, Beverly gets more than just verbal praise. Hopefully, she gets the promotion/raise she deserves. We will see you next month for a celebration we have planned Beverly!Former Administrative Law Judge Gregory Robinson.

We typically meet here with my girlfriends to attend the movies down the street. We always have great service, everyone is friendly and food is tasty. This Saturday we sat in the patio. We were in the shade so it was chilly. Asked our server, Xavier if we could move to empty table across from ours because it was in the sun. He said no, that it was reserved. We were freezing and Sasam, the hostess noticed. She stopped at our table to check on us so we asked her if she had a sunny spot for us. She said yes, she moved us to table Xavier told us was reserved but it wasn't. Xavier took a long time to come back, when he finally did, he had an attitude. We ordered. My friend ordered a medium rare burger. Xavier told her "you know that's going to be bloody? Do you still want to order it that way?" My friend said "yes". Xavier in an accusatory tone then asked her in Spanish "if you speak Spanish, why don't you talk to me in Spanish?" That was weird. Our food took forever while we watched everyone around us who got there after we did get their food and drinks refilled, ours were not, nor were we asked. Finally, our food was delivered by someone else, I think the manager. We let him know Xavier was very dismissive and ignored us while he was attentive to everyone else around us. This person got us our check and took care of us for the remainder of our visit. We were going to order dessert and coffee but went elsewhere for that. Xavier then approached our table and said that he didn't know where we were since we decided to move tables on our own, again, in an accusatory tone. He continued with that was the reason he didn't come by to check on us. I told him that we didn't move ourselves, we were moved by their sweet, attentive hostess, Sasam because she noticed we were cold while we watched him take care of everyone else around us so not sure how he didn't see us. He just walked away with an attitude. We usually tip 20% or more, we tipped 10%. I have never had bad service here, ever. I will continue to visit your restaurant but as I told who I think is your manager, we will ask for a different server if we end up with Xavier. He made our friend's birthday lunch uncomfortable and doubled down on his bad service. Food was amazing though!

We saw a show across the street at The Rose Theatre and wandered over for dinner after - Elegant, warm, inviting ..it's looks cozy but was surprisingly a large space with indoor and outdoor seating options - the food, service, cocktails, desert - everything was amazing and they treated our birthday girl to a piece of confetti

Above average hotel restaurant with the exception of the food. The patio and bar are a lovely place to be. The menu is just okay but priced like hotel dining. Service was on point and friendly.

It's great to see a hotel restaurant with such great plant-based options included in a way that is easy to identify and that are more than just some vegetables. For breakfast they have an amazing scramble with just egg and oltion for impossible sausages. Best experience in a while!Vegetarian options: Just egg scramble and impossible sausages. Cereal, oatmeal, berries.Dietary restrictions: They have clearly labeled vegan options that go beyond salad and veggies

This was a very fine dining experience. The side dishes and salads were exceptional, but the entree fell flat, but was still good. We just expect outstanding with every part of our meal at a 4-star restaurant.

Was there for a friend's birthday party. Great food and a wide selection for breakfast. Nice staff! We got to sit in the little private room which was super cool. Side note: They validate parking and you definitely should because for just a couple hours the Sheraton wanted to charge 35 dollars for parking! As long as I remember to validate parking I would definitely go back!
