I've been here almost every time I'm in town staying at the AC. This isn't a drive up location but easy walk from hotel or the garage. I've found the couple who is working (and I think owns) very pleasant and friendly. They had an amazing marshmallow flavor and I asked about a s'mores type combo creation and she stepped in and noted they had a campfire one specific for this flavor. It was delicious. My coworker and I stumbled across this place. I was so excited that they now have dairy free ice cream so we went in. I have to agree with the reviews on the level of customer service. The gentleman was short and I felt rushed to pick my flavor even though there was no one else in the store. I had a small cup with 2 toppings, no cone and she had a medium with a cone and it was $22!!!! Highway robbery at those prices. Cold Stone was short staffed the day I went in but that didn't affect the quality of the service at all. The gentlemen that was working was a rockstar. He provided quick and friendly service. My ice cream was delicious. The location was very clean.
