The food are fresh, hot and delicious. 😍😋 I really liked the salsa and it's spicy just wish they sold it by the ounce. The restroom is always open to customers instead of telling them to unlock it. The drinks are free refill. It's a good environment and you can always eat outside too. Good customer service 👍

El Pollo Loco offers filling and flavorful meals that are popular among customers. The 3-piece breast and wing combo with Mexican rice and beans is a favorite, and adding corn tortillas and House salsa creates a complete meal. The restaurant also provides super fresh bowls as a gluten-free option, though prices have gone up. Customers appreciate the friendly and efficient staff, who make guests feel welcomed even when busy. The drive-thru staff are noted for their kindness and excellent customer service, making the experience enjoyable. While some orders have had minor issues, the Pollo Loco chicken remains a highlight, with many stating it is the best chicken in town. The two versions of the quesadillas, crunchy tacos, burritos, rice, and salsas have also received positive feedback. Overall, El Pollo Loco is a dependable place for a satisfying meal that many consider a must-visit when in town.
