It's fast food to be sure. So don't expect stellar customer service or even a clean table when it's busy.
What sets Churches apart is that they make the BEST fried chicken. The mac n cheese, and the cole slaw are also better than anything the competition has to offer. I went around 8pm. I got 10 spicy legs& thighs at drive thru. There was no line. The staff was quick to response. I got the order quickly. The temperature was good. Still hot by the time I got home.
