“This place serves an epic breakfast. Sat on their heated patio which offers some nice views of the area. Service was amazing and fast. All the food was great, but the pancakes are at a different level. Honestly maybe the best I’ve ever had. If you are in the area makes sure you try this place out.“
“So I called this am to get my family in Andreas section (best & most favorite server!!) only to find out she's no longer there! I really can't believe this and won't be returning. : > ( it just wouldn't be the same....“
“Stopped in while on layover for a flight. Was not disappointed. Well worth the trip there. Very knowledgeable staff - made excellent suggestions. Drip coffee was dialed in exactly as described - which is super important to me! Food was super tasty. Ube waffles are KILLER. Get em.Thanks for the great coffee and foods!“
“Me and my boyfriend went here for breakfast and the food was very good. I got the hacienda hash (which I feel is only a spring item) and he got the BLT Benedict and two pancakes. We also got the million dollar bacon. He said he wished that there was more hollandaise sauce on the Benedict but that it was still delicious. My hash was very good and so was the million dollar bacon. You think the million dollar bacon is just Maple bacon but it kind of isn't. It has much more flavor and a very unique delicious taste compared to Maple bacon. It did take us a moment or two to get seated but our waiter was very nice.“
“One of the better First Watch locations in my opinion, food is cooked right and the service is good. Also helps that they get people in an out pretty quick. Easy option if you're looking for brunch. Four stars since I feel like the food could use a bit more seasoning/flavor but overall a good experience.“
“Large portions. Mom and pop Home cooking. Hadn’t been here in a long while. Still the same. Service is fantastic. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious. The chili verde is good. I’d get the hash browns cooked a little longer next time. Every 2nd Saturday now they smoke their own meats to take home.“
“Fantastic new find for us. we had the shrimp etoufee which was amazing. So authentic and flavorful.. The chicken wings "dankenstein style" were dry rubbed and had am amazing blend of spices. I def believe there was some creole seasoning combined with a tiny bit if faunt sweetness. Seasoned perfectly... honestly my favorite wings ever. not 1 bit greasy, glistening inside. Just crazy. My wife had the chicken Salad which sounds boring, but not this chicken salad. Great service. Friendly owner who was mentored by our fave Cali soul food chef. Just crazy good. We will be back... prob on Wing Wed again lol. A must try. 10 out of 10.“
“Must visit spot - be prepared to spend a bunch because everything is so yummy and smells/looks amazing. Tough choices ? but all worth every penny. Also I’m so annoyed for them that their neighbors tow but they have easy parking right across the street. Everyone was so nice and the vibe was perfect. Must eat place when you’re visiting Phoenix. Very cool outdoor area too“
“I’ve been going to Matt’s for a very long time! I always enjoy the great food and spunky staff. My meal was fantastic but a friend that I was with ordered the avocado toast and well… it looked fantastic on the plate it was one piece of VERY thick cut bread avocado and micro greens. Unfortunately the bread was just too much. And at 12+ dollars probably not going to re order that one. The drinks are great and the rest of the menu seems of good quality! If you get a chance to eat at the airport location do it ?“
“?☀️ Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, Phoenix, AZ ☀️?Rise and shine at Snooze, where breakfast dreams come true! Don't miss their divine blueberry pancakes that are bursting with flavor. The menu offers creative twists on breakfast classics, and the coffee will give you the perfect morning kickstart. The vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff add to the experience. Be prepared for a wait, but trust me, it's worth it. Head to Snooze in Phoenix for a breakfast adventure you won't forget! ??☕️“
“I enjoyed the brunch here, didn’t mind the line and counter order, though it might be a problem for some who are looking for table service. Baked goods looked good, if I were in the neighborhood, I’d stop back just to try muffins and banana bread. Overall, our food was average, coffee good, service friendly.“
“At Over Easy, you'll encounter delightful cuisine and attentive service that's sure to leave a lasting impression. From the warm welcome to the diverse menu offerings, every aspect of your dining experience is carefully crafted to ensure satisfaction. However, it's important to note that while the ambiance adds to the restaurant's charm, it can get a bit lively at times. Additionally, some patrons have observed that the freshly squeezed orange juice may contain traces of orange peel, so it's worth considering when making your selection.Despite these minor considerations, Over Easy remains a premier destination for food enthusiasts seeking exceptional flavors and impeccable service. So, if you're ready to embark on a culinary journey, don't hesitate to visit Over Easy for a dining experience that promises to tantalize your taste buds.“
“It was my first time going. I was iffy because I’m pregnant and things just don’t sit well with my stomach but I got my craving jalapeño cheddar bagel with cream cheese and bacon. The girl at the front was extremely nice, you can tell her regular customers enjoyed eating there. The bagel was tasty, the bagel was fresh. I will definitely be going back“
“I ordered the breakfast bowls. One had eggs over easy with avocado which I gave to my wife. She couldn’t stop complimenting how fresh and homemade it tasted. I had scrambled eggs with applewood bacon. I wish the bacon was crispier however still tasted great. I shared it with my granddaughter.“
“Love the decor and ambiance. The seating makes it feel private. Not a ton of people on a Friday morning. Our server Rachel was lovely and understanding. My friend had to run so we ordered and got our checks immediately. She split our checks and we could pay via QR code which was convenient. The food came quickly. They brought an extra carafe of hot coffee for self service refills. When my friend asked for a to go cup for his coffee, they brought one filled with fresh coffee. The million dollar bacon is worth it! 4 thick slices, evenly cooked with a bit of chew and crisp. The pepper is strong and the maple syrup balances the spice. The BLT eggs Benedict was delicious. I love arugula and the extra toss in lemon sauce added a nice zest to the heavier hollandaise sauce. The egg yolk was runny. Bacon and tomatoes were solid. The side of salad is a nice healthy option that a lot of brunch places lack. A great balance of protein and veggies. Would definitely get this again.“
“Right off Bell Rd - delicious food. Large portions. Fast and friendly service. Had a party of 3 and enjoyed 2 large meals between the 3 of us. Their home potatoes are fabulous!!! Bacon is crisp so if your don’t like it that way ask for it not to be cooked crispy. Gave us muffins to eat while we waited for our food. Really glad we came here.“
“It’s the Waffle House. Have some waffles.Being a regular to this location, my meal is prepped as I have ordered many times before. Most days without speaking, I love that service from Waffle House OG Employees. The establishment is clean, the food comes well prepared and in a timely manner. Never a disappointment at the Waffle House! Oh and the grits, just right, savory, butter filled and ready every time!!Kid-friendliness: I’ve eaten Waffle House as a kid as well as my own child. See children at the Waffle House often.Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible seating as well as ramps to enter from the parking lot into the establishment“
“Clearly, they're doing something right! Many of the wait staff are recognizable due to their long-term stay. They've mastered their quoted wait times in this bustling place. It's family-friendly and a great place to take your small children or grandchildren as they begin to learn their table skills. The food is consistently yummy and of good quality. The restaurant is clean, and the restrooms are well maintained.“
“This was one of the best breakfast experiences that we’ve ever had. The manager, Randy, was kind and took time to answer all our questions. Dwight had the chop and chick and I had the hog and chick. The food was absolutely outstanding and was only outdone by the awesome waitstaff. I highly recommend eating here.“
“This is one of my favorite places to go and eat breakfast at, I have been here multiple times now and I always have a pretty good experience and the food is always good with pretty good portions! I personally also love their coffee! Just keep in mind the day and time you're going it can get pretty crowded, especially on Sunday mornings. But honestly I highly recommend this place. Also sorry if the picture of the portions is a little blurry, it's a family picture and I wasn't planning on uploading it, I wanted to keep this place a secret lol.. My Dad and I had the Steak & Eggs, His wife had the Denver omelette, my Wife had a waffle (she was still waiting on it, she waited about 2 minutes for it) and my 2 daughters had the Triple play Jr breakfast. Everything was great as always! The steaks were perfect medium, they even came over to our table and asked us about our steaks which I loved and that's why I'm writing this review. I have been here about 5 times now, always a good time! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“The service we had exceeded expectations. Going on a Saturday morning it was super busy. The manager Alonso and our server Midory always finding time to check up on us was quite wonderful. The food quality was great the cheddar jalapeños biscuits and gravy were amazing exceeded my expectations being it was my first time trying them. The cold brew coffee was my drink of choice it was good not too over powering you get that coffee taste being a cold brew. Overall amazing service and food will recommend anyone to go try them out!“
“After an invigorating Camelback Mountain morning hike, my family and I decided to replenish our energy at Hash Kitchen. The decision couldn't have been better. The ambiance of the place was welcoming and vibrant, perfectly setting the tone for a relaxing breakfast. I opted for the pancakes and an açai bowl, both of which were absolutely divine. The pancakes were fluffy and light, drizzled with just the right amount of syrup, while the açai bowl was a refreshing blend of fruits, granola, and açai – a delightful contrast of textures and flavors. My father-in-law went for the burrito, which he remarked was packed with flavor and very satisfying. What truly stood out, beyond the delicious food, was the exceptional service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of excellent. Hash Kitchen truly exceeded our expectations, making our post-hike breakfast a memorable one. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great meal coupled with great service!“
“Snooze is my all time favorite place to dine in for brunch. Their tofu scramble is pretty good. But their French toast is out of this world. I have never had a better French toast anywhere else. Sweetness and texture is just perfect. This location is always busy during the weekends and atmosphere is lively. There is also a Trader Joe’s close to shop around.“
“I visited the first time recently to get homework done and was blown in away with the atmosphere! It feels so fresh, bring and open. Love the serves I got. Started with a lavender latte while I worked then switched to a red wine when I was done, both beverages were affordable and enjoyable. I will definitely be back!“
“The BEST chilaquiles! Might be in the top two I’ve ever had and I’m coming from Los Angeles. Their housemate chips stay crunchy but still get super saucy and hold their delicious spicy red and their bright zingy green salsa so far I’ve had the Al pastor, chorizo, and Carne Asada. All their meats are super tender and flavorful. They do not skimp on the ingredients, it honestly Could be two meals . They’re located in a parking lot and the husband and wife team are just super sweet! I’ve already been here twice within one week! Do yourself a favor place an order to pick up you will not regret it“
“This past Saturday I had the best breakfast in Phoenix at Elly’s. The food and service were amazing. I had Liz as my server who was very attentive and always checking in to make sure all was good. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Jessica who was running around clearing tables and making sure all the customers are having the best breakfast and experience at Elly’s. Hats off to Jessica, Liz, and the rest of the staff at Elly’s in Phoenix.“
“Great local spot for delicious eats. Best breakfast sausage and poached eggs to date. The service can be slow sometimes (still friendly) and the à la carte items have been removed from the menu but are still available upon request. Overall, this is a great spot with a welcoming vibe.“
“Waffle House is a chain of breakfast restaurants known for their quick meals and greasy food. They have a pretty small menu that are good portions at lower prices. This location, in Northern Phoenix, has about a dozen tables plus some bar type seating. Parking here is pretty easy, and the place is relatively clean. The staff here are so incredibly nice and food comes out quick here.“
“Upon arrival we were greeted by the hostess and asked if we would like indoor or outdoor seating. It was a beautiful March morning so we decided to enjoy our breakfast on the patio on this beautiful spring morning. Water was served upon being seated. I started out with the house brew coffee with a side of creamer. It was smooth and delicious! Really good drip house coffee! Alex our server was professional and friendly! Always attentive and checking up on us. I ordered the Chicken Tinga and a mimosa with my meal. The food was delicious! The plate presentation was beautiful! Serves were friendly and went beyond asking if we needed anything after delivering food to table. The atmosphere outdoor is very open and clean. There is umbrella shading and it is not very loud or overwhelming.“
“Decided to try them out after many previous considerations. Will definitely return! Impulsive visit, close to lunch time on a Monday. Easy to get a seat, inside or outside on the covered patio. I sat at the bar and enjoyed some quiet down time. Eggs Benedict was perfectly poached and I added a side of bacon (3 generous sized slices). Hash browns were more like a thick patty and surprisingly very good. ( I usually prefer flattened and extra crispy). Had two barista prepared hot Americanos….excellent as well. The bartender/barista was very busy but maintained a professional, personable and courteous manner the entire time.“
“I always enjoy the food at First Watch. The taste and the quality is the same between locations. Plus, they have healthy options and decadent ones as well.Unfortunately, the service wasn't great at this location. I'll probably still return because it's the best option in the area. Just be prepared for subpar service.“
“Ordered online for pick up, received a notification when food was ready. Everything was hot and very very tasty!! (side note: ordered from parking lot for 2 reasons... 1) early in morning, feeling unsociable couple of people inside, 2) wanted to see when i got notification vs. when food was sitting on counter)We (my woman and I) ordered pecan, peanut butter, choc. chip waffles all very good, and combo breakfast bowls... BOTTOM LINE... ALL FOOD ORDERED WAS BOMB!!!!“
“A breakfast gem! A variety of breakfast dishes served well into the afternoon for those of you with getting up early allergies. Had a mushroom and bacon omelet with a side of bacon and bacon and orange juice. Did I mention I had bacon? Mucho bueno, will stop in again when I'm in town.“
“We have eaten at this restaurant many times. The food is good. The customer service however is in need of improvement. On two occasions the wait staff placed our order incorrectly, mistakes happen. When we have informed them of the mistake rather than apologizing for their error they have chosen to disagree with us. Both times they did finally make the correction, but unwillingly. Today my daughter and her two friends (all teens) ate breakfast at Biscuits. One girl requested a lemon slice for water. She was denied and advised this is related to expense, however the adjacent table had lemon slices. Another example of poor customer svc. Raise your prices if needed. And improve your customer service !“
“The service was great, but all of the food was cold except my pancakes. We were so hungry that we ate it anyway. The omelette had very little turkey sausage in it. Some of the inside was a bit dirty, I hope they do a deep cleaning in there.“
“Family owned business. We went on a Friday morning no wait. Food is cooked fresh to order. It was 6 of us and paid $100 pretty average from every where we go. The green chilaquiles are amazing 10/10. Green enchiladas with chicken 9/10. Joaquin con hambre 9/10. Coffee, horchata, limonada, and fresa drink 10/10.“
“? Oink Cafe is one of the best breakfast spots in Phoenix. I used to come here a lot with my ex-husband and hadn't been for over 3 years! So I originally went in for some french toast, but once I saw the eggs bacon benedict on the menu, I had to have them. And because I had a great morning workout lifting weights, I was still a little hungry after clearing my plate, so I opted for the short stake pancakes with a side of bacon. (I only at half the pancakes and brought the rest home because they're delicious!)? The service and atmosphere were great! My server Kerry was sweet and helped me decide what I should choose for breakfast because I was stuck between two choices. She came by a few times to check on me but didn't hover. I sat at the counter, so there wasn't a wait. They have seating inside and an outside patio that's dog friendly.“
“I’ve been going here for years enduring the different owners. It used to be very fast, but this time the service was extremely slow. However the food is still great. Everything was cooked perfectly and the staff was friendly. They even gave the kids with us free ice cream. This place has changed owners but overall it’s still a great place.“
“The bagels at this location are delicious!!! The breakfast bagels are the way to go if you order from this location. I’ve been to this place a few times and ordered the roasted veggie wrap…it was very soggy and inedible both times. I thought it may have been just a mistake the first time, but the second time was worse. Only ordering bagels from now on - stick to the bagels!!!!“
“A good, friendly, classic diner. You know what to expect and they're consistent every time. The family that owns it adds their own Mexican flair, and I noticed that the dishes with that influence stands above the classic American dishes.Parking: Parking up front is limited. Large parking lot behind the building, and the back door is open (not wheel-chair accessible)“
“Great place for a little family breakfast! We enjoyed the mimosa flight and messy caramel latte. The interior was cute and not too busy early in the morning, and the booth seating was large and comfortable. Service was surprisingly slow for how empty the place was, but I think there was possibly only one server on at the time. Food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either.“
“Absolutely loved this breakfast place! From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every moment was delightful. The menu has something for everyone, and the food is out of this world. I had the eggs Benedict, and it was perfection, while the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. Great atmosphere, incredible food, and impeccable service. Highly recommend for a top-notch breakfast experience!“
“OMG, I had not been to a Waffle House in years. Only reason i went was because my Son asked me to go. He said he remembered when we would go before a hunting trip. We went to the one on I -17 and Bell. Pretty clean but there was a homeless guy eating in the corner booth: he took all the jelly and sugar he could. I was ok with that. My waitress was a very old lady with a beautiful sarcastic, "Mels diner" drive in attitude. Loved it! We ordered and thats when the waitress came in. Fantastic humor, sharp witt. We got our food and plenty of coffee refills. She was amazing. ( I am so sorry i did not get her name). She came by often; my son and I ate and reminised. All i remenber was a great conversation, good food and fantastic waitress. I tipped her $30, almost as much as our meal; never done that before. She was great, our food was good. We plan on going there again and really hope we get the same waitress. If you haven't been there, go for it!.“
“I went to eat breakfast with a friend for the first time, and the place is really clean and relaxing, the people there are so nice and really patience, I wanna give thank you to our server Amy B, she was really nice in every single aspect, as well who took care of us very well, thanks to the place and their lovely personality.“
“We took our 3 kids for the delicious French toast. There wasn't a long line but the cashier was super pushy. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it didn't appear to have cheese on it. when I bright it to their attention, one employee was nice and offered to remake it. The other employee (the one who had been our cashier) was snappy in explaining that the cheese is put between the eggs. He then felt the need to remind us another 2-3 times including when he brought it to the table. He continued to have major attitude with us. I will absolutely turn around and go elsewhere if I see him working next time I go.“
“The food here is great but the service here needs some work. The team at this location needs a meeting about communication and teamwork. Every time we come here, it’s disorganized chaos and detracts from our experience. It’s much easier to just get takeout from this place.“
“Had a blast at this place! First time visitors and totally worth the time. I especially loved the greetings, bc you know, "A Bitch's gotta eat!" Brandon was great, awesome service, and very attentive. Will def come back with more friends“
“I got the burger and it was absolutely delicious. It was cooked very well and it was nice and juicy. We immediately got seat and asked what we wanted to drink. The owner was very friendly and made great conversations to try and connect with us. I will be coming back again! Great 50s diner with great atmosphere and food.“
