I am not sure if the AC was not working properly but it was pretty warm inside other than that the food was good and service was excellent

Bistro Brunch Cocina Mexicana offers a wonderful experience with great tasting food and a variety of dishes that can be adjusted to personal taste, such as spiciness, mild, strong, or not at all. The food is delicious, authentic, and fresh, with huge portions. Cheesecake cream pancakes are delicious, and the birria has so much flavor. The best chilaquiles and the tamal de elote are an absolute must, especially paired with a cafecito de olla. They also have pancakes and french toast for the kids. The service is outstanding, with an amazing server who is friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome. Their drinks and coffee hit the spot. It is a new breakfast spot, though the red chili could be spicier and it can be hot inside.
