So I called in to complain about my online coupon that wasn’t working and the manager answers the phone not saying anything but you’re hustling to my conversation then I say hello and she says hi. Poor customer service skills also would be asking her if she’s ready for the code. She responds back, yeah definitely wouldn’t eat where someone doesn’t have common customer service skills 🤷🏽♀
2 workers working so the wait time is ridiculous. Rude people working . This place needs more help.
This franchise should hire more people. It’s just too much work for only one person.
