Papa Johns Pizza

If I could leave a negative review I would. But if you’re ever ordering your food online w/e you do don’t order from this papa John’s locations. The driver and the manger will add a tip and say that you left the tip. And when calling to complain about it the manger acts like a little kid and will start to laugh in your face like your some idiot. And will hang up
The phone on you. Avoid this papa John’s location at all cost. Plues your pizza will be delivered cold and not all the way cooked thru.

We waited over an hour for our delivery, and when it finally arrived, the breadsticks were burnt and tasted terrible. I tried calling twice to speak with a manager, but both times they hung up on me. I’ve added pictures—no one will eat this. This was extremely disappointing, both in quality and customer service.

Placed an order for advance ordering just so it can get canceled and have nothing to eat for lunch I work over night and nothing is opened i could've ordered any other pizza place if they gave me a reasonable canceling time to make sure I had food for lunch

Placed an online order and had it canceled because apparently manager said there are “Priority Orders” and they decided to push my order back beyond the hour wait time I had already been given. There was no notification that the order would not be on its way. I had to call the automated line after delivery time was missed. I’ve never heard of a pizza place that takes orders based off “priority” and the options given were wait until they felt like attempting to complete my order, or cancel.

Walked in to order a medium 1 topping pepperoni pizza. And I got a 20 ounce soda. My price was 19 dollars and change. Online says carry out 7.77. Wasn't the friendliest service. Felt like I was inconvenience them

These two workers are horrible they dont take order they will have you waiting for like 30-40 minutes and still not take your order they suck at working for papa johns they really need to be fired

This has been the worst experience I’ve had so far with any papa John’s, my friend walks in for our pizza that in the app it showed as “ready”. As soon as my friend walks in there was a male worker WORKING ALONE (at night) and proceeds to say that there will be a 15 minute wait WITHOUT EVEN asking for the name of the order. My friend waited OVER 40 minutes for the pizza inside the store and noticed that the pizza the employee had handed him out had been sitting in the counter the WHOLE TIME and was ready when we had arrived. Also the worker made comments to customers saying “well you guys ordered pizza right before closing” (mind you it was a hour before closing) while also being rude to customers. Management needs to really fix this store seeing all those negative reviews they have.

These people really need to get their head straight they all look crazy and making mistakes and in a bad mood after tasting the food first time having papa johns and the last little caesars taste better than this crap.

Order a pizza that I waited for more then an hour ago and was marked delivered but never received and was asked to wait 10 more min that he had just left the store so I was like ok I guess I’ll wait again . Then I call again and didn’t even faze them that I never received my food so I just canceled didn’t wanna wait another hour for another One. Thanks for ruining our dinner .

Ordered online and app let me know the the pizza was ready for pick-up and so I go to the store to gwt my pizza, when I walked in there's so many people waiting and then they tell me that the pizza that the app said was ready was going to take 30 minutes to be ready. I got frustrated and demanded a refund and they got mad at me and told me to leave. Totally unprofessional, two of the women there was just wearing sport bras making food.
