“Friendly service and wonderful servers. They made sure everything was to our liking and allowed us time to enjoy our meal while making sure we didn't run out of any amenities.
Kid-friendliness: When you are seated they have coloring pages for kids as well as giving them a superhero eye mask to keep. My child was excited to get an iron man mask when we sat down.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide walkways and an easily accessible ramp onto the sidewalk for wheelchairs. The inside of the restaurant was spacious and had plenty of room to accommodate wheelchairs .“

“Great place for breakfast and lunch. My location at Val Vista & Baseline in Gilbert is very popular. There is often a wait for a table & service can be slow when the restaurant is crowded.
Parking: There are multiple places to eat in the strip mall so parking can be difficult in front but there is additional parking in the back.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of families frequent this restaurant & when the restaurant is busy noise levels can be quite off-putting.“

“The owners are nasty ppl that are literally stealing from guests. The "cash discount" is the guest paying the transaction fees. However, they're charging you for debit card transactions that dont exist. They are pocketing that money! They treat employees like garbage, and the kitchen is FILTHY!!!!!! MO NEEDS TO SEE A PSYCHIATRIST.“

“This is the best place of all the many breakfast places I have visited. Not only is the food beautifully presented, the staff and owners are the most friendly of any place in Arizona. I go there on the weekends when not working and how I have consistently been treated makes me happy to visit here! I leave full and smiling every time. “My husband and I stopped here for the first time. We loved it. The food was delicious and the service was great. One of the servers made a small mistake on the soup (chicken noodle instead of tomato basil) but I didn't want to send it back. I was still happy with my order. Anyway, the original server who took my order walked by and noticed the mistake and came back out with my tomato basil soup that I had actually ordered and we all just started laughing so hard. Anyway, thank you to everyone from the host to all the servers and the cooks. The food was very good. I loved my southwest salad. Just delicious!
I also love the 70's vibe and just sitting and hanging out at a diner with my husband.

“This was the 1st time I've been there. I ordered a cheese omelet with mushrooms and sausage this morning. The food was tasty and the staff was super friendly.

“This is a great place! I took my elderly parents here and they loved it! My dad ordered the pancakes with fruity pebbles, he even took the leftovers home. My mom had the chicken parm sandwich and said it was delicious. What I love about this place, the food is just as good if you order delivery. Most places are not that caring about their take out. I have eaten more take out than in person, I’ve created buffets at my house for my family allowing everyone to try a little bit of my favorites. It’s always a hit and someday, I will figure out how to make those delicious biscuits! If you are going in person, just know the vibe you are going into, the music is loud but it’s such a cool place.“

“The last time for me to eat in IHOP again I saw the server take jelly off of peoples plates that she cleaned off from the table and the ones that were on opened. She put them back with the rest of the jelly I ordered regular pancakes came out they came out with lemon, something and whip cream on them. I just like regular pancakes she said I thought you asked for that I didn’t ask for it but everything was cold service was crappy at all. It’s like a freak, so it is so never again I’m done with IHOP.“
