“Great place for breakfast and lunch. My location at Val Vista & Baseline in Gilbert is very popular. There is often a wait for a table & service can be slow when the restaurant is crowded.
Parking: There are multiple places to eat in the strip mall so parking can be difficult in front but there is additional parking in the back.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of families frequent this restaurant & when the restaurant is busy noise levels can be quite off-putting.“

“Food very good with a nice menu... something for everyone. Our wait staff was excellent. Parking could be an issue as this is a popular place. Going at peak times may mean a bit of a wait, but worth it. Outside seating also. Can get a bit loud at times.“

“Easily my favorite cafe. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The food comes out quickly every time! The staff has been here for years showing their commitment to providing excellent service as well as demonstrating that they are treated well by management and the customers. I wish they would play less news on the tvs as it is distracting but other than that this place is 5 stars!“

“My husband and I stopped here for the first time. We loved it. The food was delicious and the service was great. One of the servers made a small mistake on the soup (chicken noodle instead of tomato basil) but I didn't want to send it back. I was still happy with my order. Anyway, the original server who took my order walked by and noticed the mistake and came back out with my tomato basil soup that I had actually ordered and we all just started laughing so hard. Anyway, thank you to everyone from the host to all the servers and the cooks. The food was very good. I loved my southwest salad. Just delicious!
I also love the 70's vibe and just sitting and hanging out at a diner with my husband.

“Late night quick bite was enjoyable. Not over the top fancy but service was prompt, and food was good. No fuss no muss and staff super nice and accommodating not just for me but other patrons as well. Happy they are open round the clock.

“The last time for me to eat in IHOP again I saw the server take jelly off of peoples plates that she cleaned off from the table and the ones that were on opened. She put them back with the rest of the jelly I ordered regular pancakes came out they came out with lemon, something and whip cream on them. I just like regular pancakes she said I thought you asked for that I didn’t ask for it but everything was cold service was crappy at all. It’s like a freak, so it is so never again I’m done with IHOP.“

“Just ate with our Grandson and we had a Great time. Hubby got the meatloaf and Loved it! Our Grandson and I ordered the largest pancake (Blueberry) We all left Stuffed! Thanks for another great experience“

“The food was yummy. It was a new item that I tried and I would definitely go back to try another new item. I took it to go since I work nearby. The Service was great . The manager was on it. I appreciate them being on top of things. Satisfied customer here.“

“Even though they were super busy, we were greeted and seated quickly, everyone was so pleasant! The food was fantastic, our server checked in just enough to make sure we were taken care of and not hovering, she always had a smile on her face. The music is on, but not so loud you can't hear yourself think like some places. Conversations were easily held, without needing to shout. All in all, a great place to have a delicious breakfast. We will definitely return next trip!“
