Chilaquiles Modern Kitchen offers Mexican food with a twist in a great atmosphere with good feeling music. The friendly and attentive staff provides quick, knowledgeable service. Dishes like the mole chilaquiles, chilaquiles enmoladas, the Big Pappa, and the veggie omelette are delicious with great presentation. The Mexican coffee, cafe de olla, and awesome margaritas are excellent. The restaurant is known for its excellent prices and occasional beautiful gestures, like celebratory cake. Overall, it is an interesting new experience where guests are never disappointed.
