“The Bourbon glazed Salmon was out of this world delicious. Dad had the liver and onions and my wife had the pesto chicken. All good meals. The three star for atmosphere was do to the party of 8 that were loud the whole time and at times disruptively loud with the over the top laughing. We will definitely be back for the food.“

They were very accountable and graceful. I respect them for how they interacted with other diners. They knew how to treat their customers and it was a peaceful atmosphere. “The best Chinese Szechuan food in Arizona. If you want American Chinese this place has those dished, but elevated. If you are looking to expand your pallet, their traditional dishes are flavor bombs. It isn't overbearing spicy, it is hot and tingling numbing to the taste buds. It took a bit of time for us to decipher the menu and I highly recommend you look at their website for pictures to pre-plan dishes you'd want. We highly recommend the chili dumplings, sliced beef & tongue in chili sauce, pork ribs with spices as starters. The pork ribs in dry pot was texture heaven. We had to get some vegetables and the stir-fried green beans made an omnivore out of me, it was addicting. I want to get the same dish we had the first time again, but I have high hopes for the rest of their offerings.“

“This is a counter service taco place in Tempe near ASU. We were greeted as we walked in the door and were quickly handed menus and information about menu items. We chose various tacos and house margaritas. Stephanie checked in with us multiple times and our server gave excellent suggestions as to which sauces worked best on our tacos. My fish taco had the lightest breading on the fish I have ever encountered. We will return especially for Happy Hour--great deals“

So good!!! Seriously might have been my favorite orange chicken I have had now. Very crispy and A LOT of extra sauce for the rice. Fresh orange on top with some peel in the sauce. Loved it!
Usually there isn't enough sauce and you end up getting dry rice; not the case here. There was PLENTY. Ended up going back a second time and getting takeout in under a week. Simply amazing. Great for a fast lunch or an easy dinner. Highly recommend!“

“Let me start off by saying that I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years of my life (I’m 40 now). I grew up coming here and it has always been my absolute favorite place to eat breakfast. I’m rating them 5 stars on all the things because of THAT and not currently. Recently they’ve changed everything about the place and in turn they’ve lost all the character that all of us longtime customers loved. Why would they do that? No more chicken wire menus, no more color really anywhere. The servers used to wear adorable pastel polo shirts with golf khaki shorts - now it’s BLACK AND JEANS. How unoriginal is this? Everything is just plain blue and brown. I’m so disappointed to see this, don’t they think if we wanted that we’d just go to first watch? That’s what it feels like there now. Unoriginal and boring, just like all the other chains. For being an independent restaurant, why would they do that? Mike used to run it and I’m not even sure if he still does, maybe he sold it and that’s why it’s the way that it is. Whatever the reason though, it was a very disappointing visit today. We drove 30 mins just to eat here again and I don’t think I’d do it again. Oh and also, the cold brew is almost $7 and zero refills. A customer-centered restaurant would at least maybe do a 2 refill limit or SOMETHING. It seems greedy and like I’ve said several times now - exactly like every other chain breakfast joint. The fact that at 11am on a Sunday there was zero wait, shows I’m not the only one who thinks that either. This place used to have an hour long wait every weekend morning. Sad sad sad“

“Was looking for a place to have pancakes and stumbled on this gem. (Exploring places since relocating to AZ) Had no idea it was geared towards healthy eating. Multiple locations in the valley.

The seasonal honey butter biscuits were pretty good. I give them a six or seven out of 10. I expected them to be a little bit more fluffy/flakey. The butter and berry compote was delicious. My husband loved his breakfast bowl and I enjoyed my chicken quinoa bowl. My only suggestion would be to season the quinoa. Coffee is weak. But definitely a place I woild come back to. Healthy dining out at an affordable price.“
