“Pretty good when piping hot, I wouldn't recommend letting it sit for over 20min though as it definitely decreases the experience. Seasoning on the chicken is quite good, but the breading is a little thick for my liking. Great service wonderful people that work there. Fries are good could use a bit more seasoning and the ranch is very good.“
“An awesome place to gather and eat in Tempe!!! First time in Arizona and this was a great cost-effective option for our large family - we sat outside and dined on some amazingly delicious chicken here - awesome chicken sandwiches with sauce, slaw, and pickles, the 3 piece tenders we got in a variety of southern (no spice, perfect for our sensitive grandma), mild, and hot with perfectly seasoned fries, cornbread mac ‘n cheese, a big chicken salad, and even a vegan chicken sandwich for our family with dietary restrictions! Highly recommend this place - the staff was working so hard to make sure all guests were taken care of during a Saturday night dinner rush and communicated clearly with our group and others. Appreciate their kindness, patience, attention to detail, and generosity! “Never eaten from this before. Read the reviews and saw 1 bad one. So I decided to give it a try and see for myself. Ordered 4 whole wings and small potato,wedges. Everything was fresh and hot even with it being delivered through Doordash. I even placed a second order through Doordash today a.d sent my wife lunch(4 whole wings and mashed potatoes and gravy. She really enjoyed it. Thanks Krispy Brunch. Next time I'll try the shrimp cause i love shrimp.“

Elijah and AngelWith inflation and the economy and bad attitudes everywhere, humans being replaced by kiosks, it was so nice to walk into this KFC and receive top notch service.A young man named Elijah was training a young lady named Angel. They both were the most respectful polite and customer service oriented folks that I've encountered in years.Somebody needs to recognize their achievements because they're outstanding!This location is 25 miles from my home, the KFC near my home has the most atrocious service and hasn't had a pot pie available in the last month and a half.I hope these people are recognized for what they do good customer service is all too quickly becoming a lost art.“
“I'm a customer for life after the honesty & integrity displayed by an employee from this Tempe location, Maria V. I showed up at 8:30AM, long before it opened, anxious about a credit card forgotten in the store the night prior. Not only did Maria crack the door to see what's the problem after seeing my face through the store window, but she pleasantly and politely responded to me (that she needed a small chunk of time to contact higher ups on that matter). My anxiety caused me to repeatedly ask the same questions in various ways, but that didn't stop Maria from politely responding to each one. She took my number, & texted me while still on site to make sure I had her contact info for follow up. This was her personal phone number, so definitely went above and beyond the call of duty here. An hour later, Maria texted me that she had the missing card and to bring ID to get it - which I did, and which is prompting my review right now. My personal credit card was left in store overnight, and Maria V used her personal cell to assuage this visibly distraught customer, AND, get it back in my hands before the store opened the next day. This kind of integrity isn't seen enough these days, but to be coupled with a work ethic that encompasses doing the right thing all the time? Unheard of. I was an occasional guest of Popeyes, but will become a true repeat customer FOR LIFE so long as they keep people like Maria V on board. Whatever she's earning with them isn't enough, considering the heart and soul she's giving them both on and off the clock!“
“Katrina the cashier was amazingly professional and polite. Her product knowledge was something I had never experienced in any restaurant. The whole staff was friendly so I had to give a review. Normally I only would have given a review if I had a bad experience but this type of customer service etiquette deserves one. I was greeted professionally the food was hot and it almost felt like home. This is what professionalism is all about.“
“Finally got to try this place and I wasn't disappointed. I liked the tenders over the sliders but everything was amazing. Ordered HOT and was glad I didn't go hotter. “The name threw me off at first. But after talking with the people that work here it made sense. The wings are amazing. I had garlic parm and mango habanero. And they were amazing. The wings were large and cooked perfectly. It was a bit pricey. But I definitely want to come back and try their other wings. Totally worth the try.“
“We searched the Internet for best wings in Tempe AZ and saw the great reviews. Gave them a chance on Super Bowl Sunday. They were extremely busy, however the staff was very pleasant and kept us informed about the status of our order. We tried the Southern Dry Rub, Blazin Cajun and Blazin Asian traditional wings along with the Cauliflower wings with honey BBQ. Everything was amazing. We will definitely eat here again. Best wings we have had, crispy and flavorful.“
