Chicken is sort of my families go-to when no one wants to cook. Decided to go here because people at work raved about it. We found it ok. Sort of greesy but bland. I did stand at the pickup are for a while waiting to grab my order. I had to interrupt a lady working to get out food. Maybe in the wrong place? For a weeknight after 6 I expected people in the store. Near empty. With the location the store should be busy. It could be the parking?
