Awesome service. Great burger. Love it

It's an In-n-Out Burger. They are all basically 5 stars. Great service, food made the way you ask for it, and the speed they can move a lunch crowd out is what every other fast food place should strive for. They hire motivated people who are polite and courteous. They greet you with a smile, double-check your order, and actually give you what you asked for minus any attitude. The state of fast food in this country has gotten so bad that we rarely eat anywhere except In-n-Out....read full review

It is definitely declining over the years. I repeated my order 3 times. Each time, the young lady still said it back to me incorrectly. The meat is half the size, and the lettuce looked like a deflated brussell sprout.. It's sadly incorporating a McDonald's mentality.. This had been my all-time, hands down, favorite burger place since the 80s. Slowly, I'm being redirected elsewhere.. I am losing hope In n Out!
