“I want to give a HUGE and HEARTFELT social distancing hug to the employees who worked at the Pizza Hut at this location, during lunch, today. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🥰 And here is WHY... As some of you may know, my Mom passed away almost weeks ago, and yesterday was her funeral service. Today, I did an Online, carryout order for Pizza Hut because they had $5 lunch deals. When I pulled up, on my email, you can push--- I'M HERE. And they will bring the food out to your car. Well just as one of their associates came out to give me my food.... my Mother's (God rest her soul) FAVORITE SONG came on----- WE ARE FAMILY, and I just started BALLING 😭😭😭. I think I might have frightened her, so I explained that I just had Mom's funeral service yesterday, and it just so happens that her favorite song came on and that I miss her SOOOO much. Their associate was super compassionate and reassured me that everything was gonna be ok. Then I realized.....I added boneless wings (or so I thought) to my order but I did not see them in the bag. But it ended up being My mistake, not theirs. She asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting and that she could have her team make some in just 7 minutes. I told her---Yes. Please. .....And then 7 minutes later, another associate came out and gave me my wings and I drove home. Still crying. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 When I got home I opened the bag for the pizza. One was for me, the other for my son, Iszack. I gave it to him and started eating and forgot.....to open the 2nd bag. 😲 (Yes. I am a hot mess right now.) 🤭🤦 I opened the bag and there was a folded note FROM THE PIZZA HUT Employees, that I want to thank them PUBLICLY for taking a minute out of their day to make a World of difference, in mine! 🥰 A Special thanks to: Tyia, Jessica, Erica, and YOUR Pizza Hut family! My lunch was PERFECT. THANK YOU!!! 😭 Happy tears.“

“Ordered a thin crust pizza with sausage cheese onions and mushrooms and extra cheese and extra sausage.Last time we ordered the same thing and it was very good. Tonight the one we ordered was short on sausage and didn’t have extra cheese. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Next time I guess I’ll have to check it before I take it out of the store. Too bad. Might try another store next time. Only worth two stars.“

“I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and overall had a really good experience. Although I did have to wait a bit for my food to be brought out, the food itself was great and definitely worth it.

What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service from one of the male employees working that day. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name because he wasn’t wearing a name tag, but his professionalism was outstanding. When he brought my order out to my car, he actually took the time to stand there with me, check my receipt line by line, and make sure I had everything I needed.

We noticed together that a couple of items were missing, including the barbecue sauce and cocktail sauce for the shrimp. He kindly told me he would go back inside and bring them out, and to my surprise, he also brought me a free apple pie for the inconvenience.

Let me tell you, that was some of the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Huge hats off to that employee for going above and beyond with such kindness and professionalism. Experiences like that really make a difference, and I truly appreciate it.“

“If ypu have been in this location in the past please go in and give it a another shot because its under new management and they are kicking but, thw shop was clean the staff was helpful and patient, allowing me time to hmmmm and haaa over what I wanted and helping us get a deal we would have missed. “Everything we got tested great. Unfortunately we didn't order the barbecue style wings we ordered the honey hot. The fries are absolutely perfect. Because we wanted them extra crisp we ended up waiting in the Drive-Thru for a little bit longer. Other than that it was great“
