“So I did a mobile order here at the very last second this early afternoon. Upon arriving at the drive thru, I encountered 3 male employees. 1st was to get my receipt, a young Hispanic male, very polite welcoming. The 2nd was an older Hispanic gentleman who was out making sure the drive thru remained cleaned and professional looking. He was also sweet and friendly. 3rd was another tall young Hispanic male at the pick-up window. He was super nice, fast, repeated my order to me, and was presentable.
Heck, all 3 employees were very presentable!
All 3 even seemed happy to be working and didn't look fake happy or miserable like the employees in other places.
I've done their job before and I know it isn't easy.
I appreciate and love that the 1st and 3rd employees REPEATED my order back to me! That tells me they are attentive to detail and get it right the first time.
Did I mention everything was fresh, especially the ice in my coke!

“Neighborhood gem! Eat here! BEST burgers, beer, staff, vibe etc etc. Get the onion rings. I don't even like onion rings but they are magical here. Dip in the house sauce. Just eat here seriously...impossible to be disappointed!“

“We ordered pick up last night and tried these guys out for the first time! OMG we will be back!!! Even with our food being taken back to the City of Maricopa, it all tasted incredible! I had the cheeseburger and got onion rings! It was delicious and a great portion that left me feeling full and happy! We will be back and try more of the menu but I see this as being one of our fave spots to get some good food! My Dad has Alzheimer's and the sliders were the perfect portion for him and he loved them!!! Maybe....just maybe....we can get a Dog Haus in Maricopa! Nudge, nudge, hint, hint, poke, poke!“

“Dinner was average, overpriced, onion ring taste like they were cooked in old grease, wait staff extremely rude, drinks were so small (half the size of a regular short) and bathrooms were filthy! Kids everywhere! not that I don't like kids but not at a sports bar on a Saturday night. Not going back and do not recommend.“

“If you haven’t checked this place out recently you’re living under a rock- I mean this lovingly. The food is amped up. My husband and I like good FOOD. We’re fitness people and eat at home a lot but when I want good food we have a couple go tos- including bourbon and bones. Like I like good good food if I’m going to spend money. Not only do we love the range- we have for a while but since the new owners took over the food is next level. Burgers, flatbreads, the Philly, this is amazing food. The staff is amazing. Adam, Danni, it’s our new cheers bar. We love this place!!!!“

“I haven't been to Smashburger in a long time. I saw a post about a free Smashburger and brought my daughter. We got 2 burgers Smash fries (Awesome!!) and drinks. I had a bacon BBQ double and my daughter had a bacon double. Hot, fresh, delicious! Can't believe I waited so long to come back!!“

“Wow, it makes a difference when you make your burgers with steak instead of hamburger. My wife and I went here for the first time the other day. The cashier was extremely helpful explaining the options and making suggestions. You could tell that she actually liked the place, and it showed in the quality of their food. Would definitely visit again.“

“I always feel like I've taken a few weeks off my life when I eat here and I always feel a little guilty after I've eaten here. But oh my goodness it's so worth it. They really have amazing food here for a fast food restaurant. It's greasy. It's messy. But it's exactly what you wanted to be. You pretty much know it's not real healthy but you really don't give a darn. You might need to be hosed down in your backyard after you eat here. And it will be absolutely worth it. It's so good! Oh and the chocolate malts in their onion rings... Oh so good. And where else can you go that you can get a side of gravy to dip it all in? I mean come on! I probably eat here a little too much and it will cause me to be on this Earth a few less days but I really don't care. When they have it try that Monterey melt thing. Darn it it's like 7:30 in the morning and I have to go get one now!!!! They must be doing some subliminal stuff or something. Lol! Don't expect your visit to be cheap or anything. They're a little on the pricey side. But you won't feel taken advantage of by any means.“

“Angel and his manager Eduardo are absolutely wonderful ! They always have the best costumer service attitude ever! So friendly and welcoming and always have smiles on. They make sure my food is fresh and walkway correct, they even remembered I like extra extra onions when I got to the window. Love this Burger King specifically because of them. “Hire honest workers! We went through the drive thru at approx 6:30pm tonIght and ordered 2 small butterfinger blizzards. He said it would be $11 and change. Seemed high to us! We asked for Military discount and gave him $15. He gave us back approx $.40 and argued with us that we gave him $11. We did not have any singles. My husband took $15 out of his wallet and handed it to me. I Looked at it, so I know how much we gave him. Anyway, he pulled a dollar bill out of the. register and said see! I am saying he is a liar and a thief. We will NEVER go back to that Dairy Queen again, even though it is the closest to home.“

“My experience at this Burger King location was great. I was stranded for about an hour and in that time, I ordered a few items. I had a survey completed for a free whopper and when the crew was unsure how to comp the item, they went above and beyond to figure it out. I especially appreciate the efforts of Faith, Liza, and Eileen.“
