“I am very pleased with this service every time I visit! I’ve been a coming here often for a few months now. I typically go through the drive thru, but the servers today, Daniel and Lily, came by a couple of times to check in on me and my family’s food, chatting it up with us and asking how the our day so far has been. Afterwards they were kind enough to offer taking our finished trays away :) I always get uplifting vibes from the workers, but today was outstanding seeing the extra mile and dedication. The hospitality exceeds most other restaurant expectations. I noticed them cleaning tables right after everyone was finished. We will for sure be dining in more often. “A part of Chicago has arrived to Gilbert. Portillo's is a great place to have Chicago style Hot Dogs and Italian Beef sandwiches. Fries are terrific as well. Menu offerings are broad but not overwhelming. Can't help notice though, like other restaurants, portions are smaller than my past experience with Portillo's in Chicago.Recommendation: If you order the Italian Beef sandwich, order it "Wet" with sweet peppers. Why anyone would eat a dry Italian Beef sandwich is beyond me.Strawberry shortcake is awesome and the chocolate cake appears to have the ability to satisfy anyone's sweet tooth.“
“My family loves Red Robin! We make it a tradition to go every weekend after sports! The fries are amazing ( make sure you order some when you place your drink order). Make sure you try the campfire sauce!! I have been going there for years and always ordered the Royal Red Robin. It is amazing with the fresh lettuce, tomato, and an over easy egg. Lately, I have been trying other options like the bonzai burger and the teriyaki chicken sandwich, both of which are really good. My wife and kids split the pepperoni pizza, and then we also enjoy the appetizers and cookies and cream shakes! Great place to go for a reasonably quick bite, with a great atmosphere!!“

We sat in a booth that had high backs making it feel cozy and private unlike other steakhouses that pack people in....much appreciated. Solid sports bar. Lots of tv's. Fans of many teams come to cheer on their team. We like the mix. Make your own Bloody Mary bar (during football season on Sundays) is a hit. Solid breakfast options during football season. A respectable # of taps and bottles/cans. We also enjoy the wings and the club sandwich. They have daily specials on a food item and a beer. I believe the "beer of the day" is about $4.25 a pint. Service can be slow depending on your server but overall a good spot. Recommend for all game watching!“

“Wow. I did not relize how affordable red robin is. 2 adult 2 kids with an appetizer, 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals, and 2 dessert was less that $70 bucks on Wednesday at 5 o'clock. What a treat. Food was good, bottomless sides not just frys and you can change them every time you want more. I was absolutely impressed. Our service was fantastic from our lovely server Kimberly (loved her energy) and the manager made a huge impression on my kids. “Tried the fish fry on Friday, and I must say I was surprised on how good it was. Being from Wisconsin, I'm kind of particular on the deep fried fish and coleslaw. The batter was light and airy, nearly tempura in comparison. Cod was flaky and tender. The coleslaw was good, not overly vinegar flavored. It's definitely a go-to place. Service was fantastic with friendly and prompt staff, I bet it was less than 10 minutes when our food arrived.“

We came after helping someone move today and there were 8 of us. I was very surprised with how busy it was that they were able to seat us instantly. Our server was great and we never really had to ask for anything. Everyone enjoyed their food. The location was clean. It was quite loud tonight between the bar and outside area since the door was open, but it looked like they were having an event. We could still hear each other and had a great time, but if noise bothers you then this might not be your spot.
