someone in pajamas that ignores a repeat customer that tips well.
Before ordering my drink I asked if they could put the diamondbacks on the big screen and they said yes. Ten minutes before the game, they came over and said they could only put on the small tv because the NBA was on. Clearly no one was watching the NBA game. Also the couple sitting next to my table ordered a pizza and it was over cooked, they were not happy. Never going back due to new ownership.
