“Drive-thru. My order was quite complex and they were very busy. It came through not quite right, kind of slow, but that's understandable given the complexity of the order and the rush. Despite this, fries were extra tasty and crispy, and the burger was quite tasty despite the discrepancy and see from my order. All in all a pretty good experience. Employees were friendly despite being stressed by the rush. I only gave Whataburger a four because of the mistake on the burger. If not for that, it would have been a five. In fact, every other time I've been there it has been a five!“
“In from Cleveland for spring training this is always a must stop as we dont have any of these on the east cost. We came here on the way in then on the way out back to Cleveland 1st visit outstanding. Burgers double doubler cooked right. Surprised only one size fry or combo but makes sense to speed along the very busy, organized, uniform machine they have. Everyone was in uniform, clean and friendly. Burger on the second visit was burned on one side and crunchy I ate it anyway as we had a plane to catch but I will no doubt return. If you want to open one in Cleveland I am very interested.
