Very slow! Waited 25 minutes in drive thru line . And for food that wasn’t even hot, a room temperature burger and cold fries!I think the fries would have been very tasty if they were hot.They could learn a lesson or two from “in n out burger” on service. I’ve been in longer drive thru lines at “in n out” and the wait was less than 10 minutes and the food was fresh and hot!Hopefully management can get this improved.

The food was great but we waited 48 mins in the drive through line & when we finally got closer, the two girls at the window were petting the car infront of us, dogs and we noticed neither one changed their gloves or washed their hands. That is so unsanitary!!

So the food was great however som members of my family were able to get there coupons redeemed and others wer not and one family member even got the wrong thing they gave him a regular rally burger vs the chicken and big Buford.now there not honoring the coupons at all I tried to go in and redeem mine just now and the manager said there machines arnt scanning. To me that's false advertisement and very poor service on the owners part not making sure all there machines are working...read full review
