Definitely a no go for me. Paid for triple meat only got double! Asked for coke and got Dr Pepper. Burger meat a little hard on the end as well. Fries were decent.

Food only got 3 stars because I couldn't tell ya if it was good or bad. Pulled up behind one car in the drive-thru that pulled forward right away. Sat there and waited patiently while I browsed the menu since it was my first ever visit to a Rally's. No greeting or "just a moment please." After about 5 minutes, I started saying, "Hello, hello, anyone there?" No response. I let the car behind me know nobody was answering the drive-thru and they left. Somebody finally said "Hello?" and I quickly responded back, "Yes, are you ready to take my order?" No response. Another couple minutes passes as I tried to call the store on the phone...NO ANSWER. A guy working the back came out to empty his mop bucket and I asked him if anyone as working the drive-thru and let him know I had been waiting a long time. After he went inside a girl got on the intercom and said, "What do you want?" I asked for the manager and she was AS RUDE and refused to take my order herself and gave me back to rude girl #1. I left and contacted corporate office. You can't trust people that disrespect their jobs that much to make your food.

Very slow! Waited 25 minutes in drive thru line . And for food that wasn’t even hot, a room temperature burger and cold fries!I think the fries would have been very tasty if they were hot.They could learn a lesson or two from “in n out burger” on service. I’ve been in longer drive thru lines at “in n out” and the wait was less than 10 minutes and the food was fresh and hot!Hopefully management can get this improved.

I've never seen such a large amount of employees doing nothing. They all move so sloooowwwww. Took 20 minutes to get my food which was wrong. Took another 15 to get my correct burger. 2 other customers requested refunds while I waited. Food wasn't even good, I'd skip

I ordered a couple chicken bites & fries and a Big Burford combo at the drive thru. I didn’t get the burger! I got drink and fries only. First time to try Rally’s and last. How can you forget the burger.
