“One of my favorite places to eat. I go here nearly every year on my birthday, when you're also given a discount on your food. Everything I've had here has been worth it, and the shakes and drink options are incredible. Amazing what quality ingredients can do.“
“The food is always fresh and delicious! Service is consistently phenomenal and the staff clearly are passionate about what they do. Be sure to make a reservation in advance on busy nights and weekends. I overheard the wait to be 2 hours on a Saturday night!“
“We went looking for pizza while in the area for a doctor appointment. The first two known restaurants didn’t work out. One location was take out only, the second wouldn’t have their ovens ready for another hour. Why was it so hard to find pizza?! Well, now I know it’s because the universe, the pizza Gods, or someone, was guiding us to the very best place, Buono’s! We had the fried zucchini and margarita pizza (basil in every bite, amazing crust, and cheese) everything was amazing! Even the ranch was amazing! Owner/staff super friendly and welcoming, and the prices were reasonable. I’ve paid more for pizza that wasn’t even in the same league as this. It’s an hour drive for us but we will do it again, just for the pizza!“
“We always enjoy the food here. Calamari was exceptional. Ask for table bread. The Antipasto was huge the large could of fed 3 people. The servings size are shareable the chicken piccata at $21.99 was perfect to share, and others in our party had left overs.“
“This was our first time going to Vero Chicago. It had a great atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. My only issues were that we ordered garlic bread for an appetizer, and it seemed like it too a little too long to come out. For our dinner, my wife and I ordered 2 pizzas, and my daughter ordered a small spaghetti. Our pizzas came out at different times, which was a little understandable as they were 2 different pizzas. What was a little upsetting was that our daughter's small spaghetti was written down by the waiter, but the kitchen never made it. We asked about it after both our pizzas came out, and we were told it was going to be made now and would be another 5 minutes. My daughter was OK with it, but I just didn't like that she had to wait so long for it. Seeing as it was the easiest item on our order.“
“Im from Louisiana, my husband and I stumbled across your restaurant in Sedona. I absolutely love all italian food but have a severe Dairy allergy. not only was the service spectacular but the food was heavenly. I was so excited to have found this gem, that on our 3 day weekend we came back for a 2nd meal near Phoenix. Now 6 months later we are still talking about Picazzos and are planning a trip to return when we come back to Arizona in May!!!“
“, we took our granddaughter and her husband here along with our son and his wife. The food was very good but I found the high table tops uncomfortable after sitting for about 90 minutes. The high table tops are the predominant seating option in this restaurant. The one thing that bothered me was the level of the music. Now I may be the exception but I wear hearing aids and it made having normal table conversations difficult.“
“This is my favorite lunch and dinner spot in the east valley! I LOVE Mediterranean food and make it often at home… along with sourdough. This place checks off all of the boxes for me- delicious flavors, high quality ingredients, great atmosphere, and very friendly hospitable service. I CRAVE their chopped salad, hummus, fresh pita, and their fresh vegetables almost daily… it’s a great spot and I’m super glad we have you Gilbert! And it’s a huge win that they have amazing sourdough too :)!“
“They just took over the spot on 16th Street and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix and they just opened last week and they run it like they’ve been there forever! The food is great, the service is great and the manager Danny is so hands on and friendly. Greets you with a smile and comes to the table to talk and make sure everything is good! You can tell he loves what he’s doing and he does it well!“
“Some of the best pizza that I’ve had in a while! The crust is my favorite. The service was fast and friendly and the decor was on point also!Update: the last few times Ive gotten pizza, it’s been just OK. Barely any cheese one time, and then waaaay too much cheese on the other. It seems inconsistent lately. :(“
“I used Salernos catering for our wedding. Angela was so sweet and helpful with everything while planning and all of the Salernos staff were so helpful the day of. Everything was delicious and I am so glad we chose them to cater our special day. Thank you so much!!“
“We came for happy hour but they were closed until 4 today, the 4th of July. They welcomed us in anyway at just after 2pm and we enjoyed the whole place to ourselves! The the food was absolutely delicious. We had Arancini (one of my favorites) and meatballs. We chatted for a while with the owner, who served us. What a great guy and so friendly, and brought us house-made tiramisu on the house!“
“Went and got pizza and salad everything was delicious, and they had some good music haha I felt a welcoming environment and it was very clean! if you're looking for a bite with friends this is a great option ??Vegetarian options: Salads ?Parking: There is plenty of parking space because there are more stores around.Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza, huge pizza slices at Venezias will keep them busy haha!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp before the sidewalk“
“The garlic knots here are legitimately one of the best things I have ever eaten. Super tasty when they were fresh and warm. It felt like they made them special just for me and I would go back just to order 12 for myself. The young guy behind the counter was unbelievably helpful. His name might have been Riley if I remember correctly and he was super kind to someone, like me, who was doing a pickup/orderout order inside. The takeout food was so good I recommended that we come back and eat inside next time. This is a nice place to have locally.“
“Very friendly staff and very precise on how they made ur food. It was very appealing and they have many different choices to chose from as well! Great cheesy garlic bread with a pesto dip and our pizzas were awesome too!! Very much recommend this place!! I'll be going back for sure!“
“Yesterday was our first experience at Holiday Toast & Tap. We were pleasantly surprised. The food and drinks were delicious, we were greeted right away when we walked in, and the service was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend giving Holiday Toast and Tap a try! We will definitely be return customers.“
“We had a long wait; expected with a big party on a Friday night. The part that was a real bummer is that we were put in the Kaboom room. Quiet, away from the main restaurant until a large 18 person Bachlorette party came in and turned a peaceful dinner into an anxious, overly loud, annoyance. It was a small room that just seemed to echo with their voices. We had to yell just to hear someone sitting right next to us.Other than that, our server was amazing. The food was good. Changed from the last I was there and didn't taste the same, but still good. Manager was apologetic about the wait - which again, not their fault.Def still a favorite to visit!“
“Lasagna for one person was really large. I’m a big eater and had leftovers for lunch today. No had the side of meatballs. Came separately swimming in a bath of marinara sauce. Needs more seasoning but the sauce helped. I would order the lasagna again. It was great.“
“After running errands we decided to check this place out for lunch and I’m glad we did! They have a very good assortment of pizzas you can buy by the slice. Many different types of lunch combos and I decided to get a slice of their Bianca pizza as I love ricotta, and a specialty salad. I was told I could even afford on additional toppings. So I added sausage and pepperoni- this was a flavor bomb. Delish!I also got a crispy chicken spinach salad as part of the lunch combo. I was very impressed with the amount of warm crispy perfectly seasoned chicken. With every bite I got spinach, bacon, red onion, mushrooms, sliced almonds, mozzarella and chicken. Also loved the dressing. It was light yet flavorful. Though it was a small sized salad, it was extremely satisfying and I was very full. The staff is very friendly and the manager even stopped by our table and asked how everything was. They have a self serve drink section and even have a very cute bar with a couple of TV’s.Really nice pizza restaurant with great food, service, and ambience.“
“I eat chicken wings a lot it’s always been my favorite meal, I just got the best dozen Hot wings I’ve had in Arizona without question, it tied with El patio in San Diego for #1. I get wings everywhere I go this made famous Dave’s and BWW seem like fast food wings in comparison, (just had the hot dozen) they’ve stepped it up to 10/10.Size, ratio ofCrisp to meat, the flavor of the hot sauce is like a fine tuned perfected flavor that only alot of time, effort and a great pallet could have made. Incredible“
“Found Geno’s after a random act of kindness they did for a family in need locally. They were only 15 minutes up the road but a place we had not heard of at the time. We went there for lunch today and their pricing was fair, customer service was very good and fast. Saw they give military discounts as well as others on top of the pricing. Food was piping hot. Will come back again! Also thank you for what you did for that woman. That was above and beyond!“
“Review of a 10" pizza to go by PizzaByAnthonyMay, 2021TLDR: Excellent pizza, cooked faster and better than any take and bake we've tried over 36 years and 5 children.Reviewed today was a 10" Neopolitan take and bake sausage pizza from Pizza By Anthony. More than any take and bake and most restaurants this pizza was near the quality of the coal brick-oven pies of turn of the century Brooklyn that made pizza famous in America. The crust is crackly thin with bits of char normally seen when you cook at 900 degrees in a coal-fired brick oven. Other than Grimaldi's locations in the valley I don't know where you can find pizza of this quality. The pizza surprised me because I assumed it would be a normal take-and-bake pizza. It arrived in a normal take-out box, but it was vacuum sealed. That saved the day in our case because our Saturday plans fell through so it had to wait overnight in the refrigerator. According to the label it can be stored this way up to 5 days--not something I would recommend with a normal take-and-bake pie because the dough in the crust will rise slowly over time. This is no ordinary take-and-bake pizza. Rather it is a "fully cooked thin crust...chilled, boxed and then vacuum sealed." This I believe is the secret to the superb condition of the crust when you take it out after a short 5 minutes at 425 degrees. The crust reached its crispy charred perfection miles away during preparation. I believe it was baked at a temperature and on a baking surface that is simply not possible in the home. The result is a pizza that I could not tell from one fresh out of a 100 year old anthracite-burning brick oven. I slipped it back into its carry-out box, set it on the table, and watched it disappear.“
“first of all the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic like a small restaurant in Italy with the food that taste just as good if not better. then comes music every once in awhile which is great fantastic music by many artists. highly recommend“
“Jimmy & Joe's Pizzeria, with its catchy slogan "Serious Slices," certainly lives up to its name, delivering an impressive pizza experience that's hard to forget. From the moment you walk in, the inviting aroma of freshly baked dough and melting cheese sets the tone for a delightful meal. The standout feature is undoubtedly their slices - generous in size, perfectly balanced in toppings, and boasting a crust that strikes the ideal balance between crispy and chewy. Each bite is a testament to their commitment to quality ingredients and traditional pizza-making techniques.Service at Jimmy & Joe's is friendly and efficient, adding to the overall pleasant dining atmosphere. The only slight drawback, preventing a full five-star rating, was the limited seating space, which can be a bit cramped during peak hours. However, this minor inconvenience is easily overlooked, given the high quality of their pizzas.Whether you're a pizza aficionado or just in search of a satisfying meal, Jimmy & Joe's Pizzeria is a place that's sure to leave a lasting impression with its serious commitment to crafting exceptional pizza slices.“
“Delicious! I had the prickly pair chicken sandwich with a side of green chile Mac n' cheese. The baguette was soft and the light spread on the bread was dynamite! Chicken was moist and thinly shaved. An all around great sandwich! The side of green chile Mac n cheese was good too. Not dry and had some spice with chunks of peppers within. Tasty! I can't wait to go back because I have been trying to find a good Philly cheese steak and one of my friend's said her husband's entire family orders the Philly each time they frequent the restaurant. If you're looking for good salads and sandwiches, look no further!“
“I was there for lunch yesterday and had the lunch combo with the wedge and the lasagna, it was amazing! We stopped there on our way to the airport based on recommendations from friends and this place did not disappoint. Johanna did an amazing job as a server and made sure our table was well taken care of. Highly recommend this place!“
“So far been to two different locations and ordered the same thing. Both times they were made the same way. Pizza nice and HOT with plenty of toppings and cheese. The wings were pretty good as well. The place was nice and clean with a friendly staff.“
“I would just like to give a shout out to the employee’s at the Barro’s on Queen Creek & Higley. Every time I call in a pick up order the girl on the phone is extremely friendly. Always nice and repeats the order back to you. Never had the wrong order. When I go in to pick up my order, again staff is very friendly and always smiling. Thank you for your outstanding customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“For those interested I picked up their Pepperoni Magnífico which came with both the regular pepperoni and old world pepperoni which I was already intrigued about when I first saw it on the menu. And to accompany that I picked up a pepperoni Pizzoli. Both were nice and hot when I first picked them and at first bite I was in love. The pizza had a nice crunch to the old world pepperoni and the toppings didn’t just come sliding off the pizza like they do in other places. The Pizzoli was by far my favorite I finished the entire thing myself it was extremely hard to resist. The flavor of everything was SPOT ON in my honest opinion and will definitely be coming back to try other menu options! Marco’s you guys have a new loyal customer!“
“Great ambiance! We were seated right away. We took advantage of happy hour. We ordered Caesar salads which were excellent. We had the pesto chicken pizza which I highly recommend. We ordered cannoli which wasn't that great. We also ordered vanilla bean Gelato which was delicious. We had to wave the server down several times for refills. Also parking was terrible. We went at 5pm on a weeknight.“
“This location opened March 7th according to an employee I spoke with in the drive thru. That's right a DRIVE THRU at Little Caesars! I could order online or at the window and pop through the drive thru without leaving my car. Fast, easy, beautiful. That's how I would describe this location. Great employees and wonderful hot hot hot pizza. Seriously, don't eat in the car, it's hot“
“Went to Girls Night Out and watch What Men Want!!!! Amazing nite, our Hostess not sure if thats the Title... But Laura was amazing!!! Made us feel welcomed, special she made everything go down simple got us to our seats . We were alittle late and other attendee was extremely late and she still accommodated for her... “Food was good as always and service on spot. Thanks Grimaldis Pizza for the good experience at your location....6/24Came in for a Birthday Dinner with family. Pizza was great as usual and salads tasted good as well. Asked if they did anything special for birthdays and she could not answer my question. I thought that was to bad for my birthday outing that they couldn't let me know why?“
“This location seems to run efficiently, with multiple orders in progress, yet a smooth and timely service being offered. When pulling in from the Williams Field Rd, I had to look around a bit, at the business is tucked in between a few others. They seem to have a fairly generous opening hours, which is convenient. Those who ate the pizza seemed to enjoy it, so no complaints.“
“It’s always nice coming into an establishment where you see the general manager interacting with their staff and customers! Even tho the staff are younger, they definitely gave good service and made my lunch enjoyable! Heard a lot about this place and I’m glad I gave it a shot! Definitely will be coming more often!“
“I've been coming to Sal's for over six years at this point and it's one of my favorite restaurants and my favorite pizza place in Arizona I highly recommend the lasagna pizza, the baked ziti pasta, the baked ziti pizza, and the rice ball. They're all super good and I always come back whenever I want some nice pizza!“
