Since it was full of screaming kids with inattentive parents, we opted for takeout.
We went with the purple potato pie. The flavors worked well together but it was NOT worth the 40 bucks we paid for it.

Wise guy and hot honey are both delicious. Getting a whole pizza is better. Ordering by the slice tends to dry it out when they reheat it.
Great pizza and salads. Bacon & Arugula salad is amazing. Great food!

Slice House by Tony Gemignani is praised for offering a variety of excellent pizza styles, including New York, Sicilian, Grandma, and Detroit. Many customers consider it the best pizza in town, with some driving long distances just to try it. The restaurant is known for its large slices, with two slices often being enough for a meal. Popular choices include the pepperoni and the Wise Guy, both delivering consistent quality. The Pop's Special, a Nashville chicken pizza, is highlighted as a unique and tasty option. Despite these positives, some reviewers find the prices high, with a small 12-inch pizza costing around $25 and slices priced at about $7. A few mention that the restaurant can be hot inside or crowded, and some had less satisfying experiences, citing odd flavors or not being impressed with certain pizzas like the chicken bacon ranch or purple potato pie. Overall, Slice House is a favorite for pizza lovers seeking variety and size, with many eager to return for more.
