“We had a special Anniversary in December 2020. Our 40th! And because of the pandemic our celebration plans were spoiled. To our surprise we were gifted by the Moore family with the most decadent Carrot Cake , (My husbands favorite cake) . We flipped over this delicious cake. THE best we have ever had in all our years of eating carrot cake. Then another surprise... we were told it is gluten free! “We stumbled upon this gem while shopping at San Tan Village. We came back the next day since we were stuffed at the time. There was a line but moved quickly when we came around 8pm. The flavors were reminiscent of Italy and there were so many choices it was so hard choosing. We samples a few before deciding. Small has 1 flavor so we got mediums for 2 flavors. 2 medium gelatos came to about $13 which was reasonable. I had the marbled black cherry and bellini. The bellini had an entire bottle of champagne in it I was told. It tasted like a bellini! The cherry had huge cherry pieces inside. My son had the toasted marshmallow and mint chocolate chip (with Andes mint). The gelato had so much flavor it was delicious. The only criticism is that the gelato was a bit too soft otherwise it was great.Is it America's Best Gelato? Possibly, but there is more gelato to try until making that decision.“

When I recently placed a somewhat last minute order for our anniversary cupcakes, Hannah was so very kind on the phone. I was having a really bad week and something as simple as anniversary cupcakes meant the world to me. When I came for pickup, she gave me the biggest, most welcoming hug. “I ordered decorated Easter cookies individually packaged. All the kids at Easter got a decorated Easter Cookie . They were excellent. Got positive feedback from so many andults and the kids. I think being individually packaged for each child was so pleasing to them all.My niece is thinking of trying to get soccer themed cookies at the end of the season for her son’s soccer team individually packaged. “I can't give this place 5 stars because the food is definitely not cheap, so eating here isn't really possible for me very often, but the one time I did go here it was very memorable, both because the folks were very nice and because they had such a great selection. I liked how there were lots of sweets in the case and items you could order on the menu as well. A good blend of sweet and savory vegan food, worth the trip but not sure if it's completely worth the price. Would also like to see more seating here, because it felt a little crammed.“

“I liked this place because the Dole Whip had the same flavor as the Dole plantation In Hawaii. The cashier was very nice and gave me suggestion. The high table tops are the predominant seating option in this restaurant. The one thing that bothered me was the level of the music. “Brunch with Mrs. V. @ one of our fave brunch eateries in downtown Gilbert. Frannie ordered the Chili Verde Benedict which she described as absolutely amazingly. I ordered Juan’s Breakfast Tacos (My go to) which had flavor for days. A beautiful Fall day, 85° and sunny, provided perfect weather for outdoor seating. Our server, Camille, was extraordinarily friendly, and engaging. The GM, Mariam visited our table and presented us with a complimentary cinnamon roll pancake (off their “secret” menu) courtesy of Camille, which was incredibly thoughtful and delicious. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!“

They were super dry and not very good. One was sooo dry it was hard to even bite, then quickly turned to dust once you got into it. Not sure why this cookie was in its own bag in the box of 4 but it sure was special. (Found out the gluten free come in their own bag so they are not contaminated by others with gluten) Your cookies are usually good but this time they were not.“
“I have shared a review previously on Nekter. I love their clean juices and I always need a little more potassium so I enjoy celery juice a LOT and sometimes other green juices from here. Today my trip was really because I wanted to support Preston Lord's family effort to bring up justice for what he endured. I didn't buy the orange crush juice but Nekter allowed a monetary donation so that was really nice and I was happy that I was able to contribute regardless. I am so impressed with Nekter for supporting this and had a very pleasant experience there. My celery drink is delicious too.“

We could not see if the building was even open. The open sign was non-existent. No window decor to tell you if the place is even in business still... dark windows, no lit open sign. It was strange so we just tried to open the door and they were open.But I love frozen yogurt so I thought I'd at least try it and bring the kids! :)“

“I had the fajitas, and of course, the chips and salsa. Everything is made from scratch there, and you can really tell. Absolutely delicious! I tried the green salsa just to test it out. I’m not normally a green salsa guy, so expectations were low. I could not stop eating the green salsa after I tried it. The chips, fajitas, tortillas…were all delicious. After our awesome waitress Ebony told us how much she loves the rice and beans, I tasted them and understood why. The refried beans are the best I have EVER had. 10 out of 10 place to eat. Everyone was helping each other, and smiling. Friendly staff and great “chill” music. People seem to enjoy working there, and it shows.“

“Atmosphere is a four because it's really a just a typical store but they've got quirky sayings and the menu is quirky everything is kind of cute / interesting with definitely an aim towards being fun. So atmosphere is nice and the food is good they have such a strange collection of options and of course the choices on the menu are just examples and you can make anything you want. I hadn't been there before but then I went twice in succession because I enjoyed what I got. Highly recommended and it's good for gluten-free. Very few places have good gluten-free bread but this one does well.Wheelchair accessibility: It's a ground level establishment with a manual swing door. Assuming you can get through that, there is plenty of room inside. If anybody sees this and has an opinion on whether or not a regular swing door is actually passable by somebody in a wheelchair let me know I have assumed the door is okay but if it's not then I will call out places that have automatic doors.“

“Every time I go here, I remind myself I need to go more often. I love this place! The atmosphere has a home-y, rustic, French patisserie or boulangerie feel. When you walk in you are immediately greeted by the pastry display offering so many delicious options. I love that I can get a tiny little dessert for days when I don't feel like splurging calories, but when I do, I have options for that as well. You order your food at the register, anything from pasta to salads and soups to crepes. They bring your food to you and they clean up after you, so leaving a tip is a good idea. The staff is dressed for the part of French restaurant staff and they even use some French terms when addressing you, like bon appetit. It's just so charming! The food has always been top notch when I've gone as well. This particular time I had the ham and swiss crepes, a small lemon tart, and we also tried the corn chowder and a lemon madeleine. Everything had amazing flavor and texture. It was nice to sit and enjoy the fireplace, and just relax like I would if I were on vacation in France. Definitely recommend!“
“Wow! I'm truly shocked and sorry that I haven't reviewed this Froyo location sooner. This is our go to place as it's very close to our house. We come at least once a week. My kids love Zoyo. The flavors are delicious. We love the new flavors that get released. Our favorites are taro, strawberry banana, chocolate and cake batter. They have a rewards system and we get out $5 rewards often. They also have fun ways to get discounts like pj night etc. The place is clean! Bathrooms are taken care of. Staff are nice and friendly (sometimes a little glum but not rude. They perk up once they're at the till). Plenty of parking. As long as we're living here in Gilbert, we'll continue to come and support this location of Zoyo.“
