“We went Menchies first time ever. The young lady greeted us as she was cleaning up. They have a tray of small cups to use for sampling yogurt. They had one no sugar added Strawberry and a low carb caramel. There were about 10 flavors total. The machines kept all the yogurt coming out at just the right consistency. There was a family with kids so expect it to be a little chaos because there's so many choices. I opted for Strawberry, Peanut Butter and the low carb salted caramel. Next the topping station has a multitude of different crushed candy bars, cookies and brownies. In addition there is some fresh fruit. I chose the strawberries. They were cut small and were fresh. Next they have a wide selection of syrups.
You then place your yogurt in the scale and are charged accordingly. All the cups are the same size and are plenty big. The young lady asked if I had a menchie app to which I said no. That was it. She didn't offer any other information. She was nice but was the only person working and it was 7:36 PM so maybe she was tired. She was nice though.
I think the only thing I didn't like was the space to sit is very crowded with tables and even though it wasn't busy it felt crowded. All in all I enjoyed my yogurt and would come back.“

“I’m seriously so confused, and concerned. I’m gluten free. I have been for years. I have Hashimotos disease so it’s very important for me to avoid gluten. It also gives me migraines and a ton of other unpleasant symptoms. My step mom stopped in to grab some cinnamon rolls and the employees told her the cinnamon rolls were gluten free and vegan and that’s why they were on shark tank. She was so excited to bring them to my house for me to try. After my first bite I knew it was too good to be true. The next day I called because I was seriously skeptical. The young employee sounded quite unsure but I think to simply get me off the phone he said the cinnamon rolls were gluten free and vegan. I was unconvinced. I called AGAIN this evening and whoever answered said they don’t even carry gluten free cinnamon rolls. Do you guys understand how serious this allergy can be? You can send people to the hospital? It hasn’t been a pleasant weekend for me but it could have been much much worse. You need to sit down your entire staff and educate them on allergens.“

Incredibly clean store that’s super quick even when they are busy. 10/10 recommend this place for anyone who wants a healthier alternative with tons of tasty flavors!!!!“

“I have been a wine member here for years. Love the wine tastings and always enjoy going in for the wine of the month. There is flexibility to change the tastings for a glass. I am hard of hearing with hearing aids but I can have conversations without struggling whether I am in the dining room or bar. I have great service from a number of servers which include Cade (very personable, makes you feel like you are the only person in the room), Mike (funny), Frank (funny, very knowledgeable of the membership and got me known about the member dinners!) and Greg (funny). I would dine with them all again and have. The wine bar is a fun atmosphere and you get to meet others while you are there. Ciera is new. I love the trivia she brings, knowledgeable of the wines and just very sweet. Stephanie has been there for years, knows her wines and has great suggestions. Greg is one of the managers and also works at the wine bar. He is funny, knows his wines and knows what I like and would not. Coopers Hawk is my go to for all occasions.“

“My family and I love Mad Greens! It’s so fresh and delicious! My son loves the Chicken Caesar salad because it is so fresh. You can tell that chicken was made that day! I always get a build your own because I can mix things up! My husband loves the quinoa bowls. We use the rewards program with makes it’s to easy for us all! This location (Dana park) is great place with friendly staff and it’s so clean! We are grateful such a healthy place near us!“

“We live in the area and frequent this place pretty often since it's in walking distance.
Recently they added a tipping option to their register, and it honestly weirded me out.
Why is there a tipping option when it's a self serve establishment? Shouldn't I get the tip, since all the employee did was sit at the register and charge me to make my own order?

Not trying to be rude by any means, just seems silly to add this function when the customers are the ones doing the manual labor.“

They were a little busy and it was just him and another lady but they handled the crowd well and did it with a smile. The drinks here are also very good and much better than their competitors. “The staff here are absolutely phenomenal! I arrived 15 minutes before our pizza was ready and had to wait with my boys (ages 5 and 9) who were already feeling cranky. I was not anticipating waiting to be a pleasant experience. Fortunately, an employee was folding pizza boxes at the counter and my kids were fascinated. They asked to watch and she agreed, explaining the process along the way. When my boys asked if they could try, she said they could and coached them through the process. My kids ended up helping to fold boxes until our pizza was ready. Other employees popped in to help and monitor when the original employee had to answer the phone or help a customer. What would have been a miserable 15 minutes turned into a wonderful experience. My kids left the restaurant declaring that their first jobs would be at Barro’s. The bonus to all this is that the pizza was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go there again!“
