“The bagels are outstanding - we love the Honey Wheat, Ancient Grain and Pumpernickel. Very reasonably priced when ordered as a Baker's Dozen to bring home and freeze to enjoy anytime. We're especially impressed with the team members at this location. They excel at customer service and really love to please the customer - timely service with a smile. Kudos to the manager Crystal - she has a great team.“

“Had been here one time before new owners took over and loved it then, but absolutely head over heels for it now! Impecable service, fresh food, beautiful atmosphere. The Croque-monsieur was delicious and my daughter will come back to order it again. We all shared a meat and cheese plate with savory mustard and olives. The child’s panini was perfect. Iced chamomile and peppermint tea and hot cocoa made for the best accompaniment to this delicious meal enjoyed on the patio with native plants and a spring breeze. Favorite spot for lunch!“

“It's fine. I got a coffee here before watching a movie at Harkins. Quiet and empty on a summer day. Queen Creek teenagers sipping on sugar drinks. Dad with a buzz cut and a button up tucked into belted slacks checking me out. Still got it.“

“We went through the drive through just a few moments ago. I ordered a pup cup for my dog who just diagnosed with terminal cancer this morning. I was a wreck in the drive through, crying and sobbing. The sweet woman gave my pup and extra pup cup, and paid for our coffees. I could barely even say thank you bc I was already sobbing. She briefly mentioned that her pup passed over the rainbow bridge too. And I am just so grateful for that ladies kindness in that moment. It’s something I will never forget.“

“Stone was wonderful this morning. I came in for my usual drink, and he could tell I wasn’t having the best day. He went out of his way to be kind and caring, and it truly made a difference. Such a great experience—I really appreciated his thoughtfulness.“

“Yesterday I had ordered a drink and a Turkey Sausage, Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin via Drive-Thru. I was given an Egg and Cheese on an English Muffin instead. I didn’t notice until I was on the road of the mistake, I took a photo and kept my receipt along with the printed out item receipt. I wasn’t able to turn around and get the mistake resolved, but I stopped by the next day and showed my photos and receipt to a cashier. The manager fixed the issue, and it wasn’t a big deal by any means. Give this place a chance, the staff is more than willing to work with you to resolve an issue in the event that one arises. The mistake was not intentional. Thanks to the staff and manager involved (I didn’t get their names). Should this have to happen? I don’t know, I’ve never worked in the food industry so I don’t feel like I have any sort of say, though having the mistake fixed was easy. Cut these folks some slack and talk to them like they’re people. At the end of the day, they’re just people like you and I.“

“I won’t come here again. I’ve been before but this time around the service went downhill. It’s a decent coffee shop but really slow. We were stuck in the drive thru for 18 minutes!!! They only took orders from one side of the drive thru so cars that arrived way after us were going thru and we were in park in our row for. There are lots of other coffee shops around to choose from and I recommend not going to this one if you’re wanting drive thru. We ended up late to our event because they weren’t efficient with taking orders. Very painful. And they did nothing to compensate for their lack of efficiency or service.“
