My thoughts: Have you ever ordered the same coffee day after day for months ? Noticing the coffee isn't consistent, bad one day good the next, well every time I go to the Black Rock my coffee is spot on.
I placed online order at 8:05am. Text said ready between 8:10 and 8:15 am. I got there at 8:20 am. Tell me why people placing orders in store were getting drinks before me. My drinks were not ready until 8:36 am. I time my work clock out times based on the text ETAs. Don’t give an anticipated time if you aren’t going to honor AND put every new order in front of online purchases.
